Bachelor of commerce (B.Com.Hons.) - Batch of 2028

Amazing college, but infrastructure is not that good.
Placements: The highest package is 22 LPA offered by DE Shaw & Co., and the lowest stands around 3–6 LPA. The average is 6 LPA. Various students get internships in my course. Consultant, associate, and analyst are the top roles offered in my course, i.e., B.Com (Hons). Top recruiting companies are DE Shaw, BCG, Deloitte, KPMG, etc.
Infrastructure: The quality of food is quite good too. Also, the facilities and infrastructure for labs, classes, and the library are quite nice but not top-notch. The hostel is amazing too, with all sports and medical facilities. Although everything is good, the infrastructure is something that is compromised here.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful and qualified too. The teaching quality is quite awesome. It is relevant, and students are getting placed by studying here. The pass percentage is good. Semester exams are really that hard, but students do have to study regularly to get good marks.
Other: I chose this course because it aligns with my career goals, i.e., a finance career, and it gives good placements too. Events and fests are also awesome here.

It has a good faculty with numerous things to study and pursue our interests.
Placements: Placements are decent enough. Many companies come for recruitment round the clock. Students benefit a lot from it. The highest package is offered to many streams, such as students of courses like Commerce, Maths, and Statistics. Companies come for various roles for freshers as well as for final-year students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good, and the red-colored buildings give a very cool vibe. Libraries and labs are well-equipped with internet facilities. The food available in the canteen is very good and has a wide variety, enough for the majority of students of Kirori Mal College.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and highly qualified, which helps us to understand everything in a much more amazing manner. Semester exams are neither very difficult nor too easy. It is well-suited for serious students, and we will not face problems if we are regular.

Worth it, yet infrastructure lacks.
Placements: Most of the students are placed, approximately 80 percent from my course. The average package is 7–8 LPA, and the highest is 20+ LPA. Top recruiting companies include McKinsey & Company, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, PwC, Accenture, DE Shaw, Gartner, ICICI Bank, Tata, etc.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are decent, but only a few have AC, and many have adequate capacity. The library is pretty big with a separate reading hall. Wi-Fi connectivity is available all over the KMC campus. In sports, KMC lacks, but it has a ground and a well-functional gym (free for all). Overall, the buildings are old but maintained.
Faculty: The college lacks permanent teachers and hires temporary staff. While they are qualified, many don’t show interest in teaching and sometimes make it difficult for students. The course curriculum is weak, with a syllabus that feels outdated. Semester exams are easy, but teachers make it harder for students to pass by giving low internal marks.

Kirori Mal College, North Campus, Delhi University - Placements, campus & infrastructure.
Placements: About 72% are placed. The highest package is about 22 LPA, whereas the median is 9 LPA, and the average is 7.5L. Top recruiters include EY, BCG, etc. Internship numbers are unknown, and roles offered vary from assistant equity research to marketing to junior investment banking.
Infrastructure: Poor hostel, poor Wi-Fi, labs I'm not sure, decent library, lots of renovation happening, the canteen is extremely good and economical. KMC thrives in sports and games. In fact, our ground is bigger than that of St. Stephen's. The infrastructure is improving as renovation is happening.
Faculty: The faculty is really good for our department. Kind, light-hearted, understanding yet academically powerful professors with decades of experience. The curriculum for B.Com Honors is, unfortunately, growing irrelevant in DU. Somewhere like Christ has a far better syllabus.
Other: The administration & infrastructure can have massive improvements.

Good experience till now. A student can take admission in my college.
Placements: As I am freshers, according to my research, my college has good placement opportunity specially for B.Com prog / hons students. Student placed at good companies like Deloitte, McKinsey, etc. I don't know the exact percentage, but I listened to my senior, who said colleges have good placement opportunity the difference make out by student to grab this opportunity.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure facilities are good. Wi-Fi are available, but many students don't know the password, and sometimes Wi-Fi doesn't work, maybe because of a network issue. I am living in a PG, not a hostel, so I can't say anything about hostel facility and also KMC has a boys' hostel only, so no idea about it.
Faculty: I am currently in the 2nd semester, and all my faculty are marvellous. They are very nice. I love their teaching style and the way they care for us. So overall I rate 10/10 because of their teaching style, flexibility and sweetness. So good experience from my side.

B.Com honours course admission in delhi NCR universities
Placements: College has a total of 4 to 6 batches, with 100 students seated in each classroom. Every year, 50% of the students are placed in companies. Many companies are interested in this college, offering packages ranging from 3 to 8 LPA, with the latter being the highest package at this college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure quality of this college is good, but it's not organized every year for sports and game facilities for the students. Also, the canteen food is very costly. The hostel facilities provided are similar to the college facilities.
Faculty: Faculty and staff of this college have very good behavior towards the students. The teachers are very helpful and intelligent in their teaching. These teachers and professors have deep knowledge of their subjects. This course is not difficult to pass, but scoring high marks is challenging.

Good at everything, for placements, enjoyment, studies, friends, networking, everything.
Placements: Around 70% of students get placed, from courses like B.Com (Hons) B.Com programme, B.Sc. comp Science, B.Sc. Maths Hons and B.Sc. statistics. For my course, the Big 4 companies always come to my college, like many other big companies like TCS, Google, and Microsoft. For the internship, more than 70 companies visited our campus, providing internships in the fields of finance, marketing, sales, hr, operations, management, etc. ( all of them were paid). The main attraction was in the field of content creation, which was also preferred by students.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure facilities is also very good in my college. I'm a student at Kirori Mal College, and the infrastructure here is really good. We have big classrooms, a nice library, and a cool auditorium. The campus is green and peaceful, which makes it great to study. The sports ground is huge and well-maintained. Overall, it feels like a proper space to grow and enjoy college life. Also, the faculty is also very good and helpful towards students.
Faculty: The faculty at Kirori Mal College is super supportive and knowledgeable. They teach well and are always ready to help us out. The curriculum is updated and covers both theory and practical stuff. Exams happen on time and are mostly fair if you study regularly. Teachers also guide us for projects and assignments, which helps a lot.
Other: I'm from the B.Com (Hons) batch of 2023-2026 at Kmc. I chose this course because I am interested in finance, business, and how companies work. The best thing about B.Com (Hons) is that it builds a strong base for careers in finance, accounting, MBA, or even government exams. We also learn practical stuff like taxation and business lawns. One thing I wish would improve is more industry exposure through workshops or internships. Scholarships are available, and there are lots of chances for extracurricular activities like debates, sports, and drama. College life here is a perfect mix of studies and fun!

Good faculty and infrastructure.
Placements: Around 80% of students were placed in our course. The highest package offered in our course was 12 LPA. The average package was around 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Kotak, Mahindra Bank, Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, etc. Top roles were accountant, auditor, cashier, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for our course were good. Library was available with excellent references resources and books collection. The quality of facilities available in the hostel was also good. Canteen was also available in the college campus.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable in their niche of study. The teaching quality of our faculty members was excellent. They were alumni of prestigious institution of India and world. Course curriculum was relevant. Semester examination was quite tough.

If you want to take admission in Delhi University or any other big university Maths is compulsory in 12th for taking admission in B.Com Honours. But, there are many other university where Maths is not compulsory for B.Com Honours.

Hi, Delhi University has SOL (school of open learning). On taking admission you can get a chance to choose college. The classes take place in the campus only. So, you can get a college of your choice.

They will consider the percentage of your main 4 subjects, which means the 4 subjects which are on the top on your 12th mark sheet. If the aggregate percentage of those 4 subjects match up to their cut off, then you can get admission in that college.

Sorry but for B.Com you need to have mathematics with 60% in 12th. Why don't you try other colleges than Kirori Mal College. You should go for private colleges for B.Com.
