Decent infrastructure and facilities but limited placement support and opportunities.

Placements: About 8-10% of students were placed in our course, with the lowest package at 1.75 LPA, the highest at 3.5 LPA, and the average being around 2 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course include Tata Capital and HDFC Bank. Nearly 30% of students secured internships through our course, with companies like JIO focusing on marketing and finance.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good; we have 2-3 Wi-Fi connections from JIO. The labs are average, the classrooms are modernized and equipped with projectors and clean desks, and we have a large library. I'm not sure about the hostel; there's only a girls' hostel. The canteen is average, and the medical facilities are below average. For sports and games, we have a large ground with many options available.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is above average. The BBA course at Dispur College provides a fundamental understanding of business principles, covering management, marketing, and finance. If you don’t study, passing the semester exam is difficult, as the pass percentage is only 30%.

Other: I want to study a professional course that's why I choose BBA. I like marketing. We have a normal BBA course. I think marketing may be improved I don't know about scholarships. Events are also good and come from local musicians.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the faculty.

Placements: Our college gives internships to students in the 6th semester. About 60-70 percent of students get internships at a good level of post. We don't get a wide variety of options to choose from companies, but a decent number of companies hire from our college.

Infrastructure: Our college has only a girls' hostel and not for boys. We have smart classrooms, Wi-Fi in the library, and many other facilities for the betterment of the studies. Our mess is not so big; it's like a restaurant. We have cafeterias for both teachers and students.

Faculty: We have a separate branch for examination. All the Ph.D. teachers are the in-charge of the branch, and all our professors are well-qualified for the course. Our exams were on the easy side where one can pass with certain knowledge of the subject and can easily pass.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty, good placements in 2023, not really good infrastructure.

Placements: None of the students were offered placement because there was no placement drive or anything in the entire college history. They didn't teach us good skills to provide any additional information about the situation required in the modern environment to understand things around us.

Infrastructure: There's no hostel facility available at the college. The college doesn't have its own grounds. Medical facilities were not available inside the college compound. No Wi-Fi was available inside the college. The infrastructure was not up to standard.

Faculty: Teachers were not up to the mark of other colleges, and they didn't have the skills to teach students professionally. Teachers were not bothered about the skills of the students they were teaching, like kids at school giving notes rather than increasing skills.

Other: I chose the college only because of the lower fees, which was my worst mistake.

Not good faculty and infrastructure.

Placements: Very poor placement records. Students are very poor in studies and drop out in 1st year or second year due to poor quality teaching and infrastructure. Hardly any successful student is there from our course and this is because of the teachers and their carelessness.

Infrastructure: Poor infrastructure, no canteen, no medical facility. It is B graded by NAAC and it is a very pathetic college. No library facility. Nothing is attractive in this college. A person's home is more disciplined than this college. Students attend fewer classes due to the absence of teachers.

Faculty: Very bad faculty not taking any classes. Have to return without attending classes as teachers are absent. Very bad way exam was conducted. Cheating is promoted as teachers don't teach anything and allow students to cheat to hide their negligence and keep somewhat of their so-called reputation alive.

Other: Our course is very good but the college and faculty are pathetic.

It is a government college so I like this college.

Placements: Around 70% of students were placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. The average salary package offered was 2 LPA. The recruiting companies were less number, and around 30% of students got internships in our courses.

Infrastructure: This college is good. The infrastructure was very beautiful and natural. In our college, around 10 courses were available. In our course, the laboratories, classrooms, library, and Wi-Fi were available. The hostel facilities were also available. For girls and boys, separate hostels were available. The food quality was good and hygienic. It provides canteen, medical, sports, games, and ATM.

Faculty: In our courses, around 10 faculty members were available. All faculty members were good and helpful. They were highly qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was good. This course curriculum was relevant. It makes students industry-ready. The semester exams were difficult in this college. But good for the student to gain knowledge. The pass percentage was 90-95%.

Other: My dream was to do a marketing job so I chose this course. The best thing was to gain many industries-related knowledge in this course, and all were good in our course. Our university organised a talent tantra, and a big event fest was held where famous singers and actors came. An annual week and other events i.e extra curricular activity was also held in this college.
