Candidates are offered admission in PhD course of DoMS IIT Madras based on academic performance, merit in the last qualifying exam, statement of purpose and research proposal. The Department of Management Studies of IIT Madras has fully air-conditioned Wi-Fi-enabled lecture halls that are equipped with LCD projectors.
