B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering - Batch of 2024

College life is the best life.
Placements: According to the previous batch in my course, around 60% of the students got placed. The offered package, where the highest package is around 50000 to 6 LPA and the lowest is around 20000 to 3 LPA, and the top company is Indus Valley. Roles offered in my courses include project manager and assistant engineer.
Infrastructure: We have many facilities, like a big campus, canteen, library, tutorial classes for free lectures to study, sports indoors and outdoors, medical facilities but no hostel, free Wi-Fi, labs and classrooms that are big and airy. There are four courses given by my college.
Faculty: Teachers are really nice, friendly, and helpful. They are also highly qualified and knowledgeable, which delivers the best knowledge and is quite understandable. The teaching quality is also good. Relevant curriculum is also good. Semester exams are average to difficult, and the pass percentage is more than 5 CGPA.
Other: I have liked electronics since my childhood. The best part of my courses is that you can experiment with various devices that can also be implemented in the project. All activities are conducted, such as events, annual functions, tours, field trips, scholarships and a lot more. More on improving hostels because there are no hostels.

The best place to explore the winner in you.
Placements: 50 to 60% of students from my course get placed; the highest INR 60k to 20k salary is provided by various industries and companies such as IBM, Indus Valley, TATA, and many more companies based on CS branches, etc. The college also provides a wide range of internship opportunities and company roles, such as junior engineer, project manager, and so on.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is amazing; Wi-Fi is provided to everyone; classrooms are nice with a good library; the quality of food in the canteen is amazing; sports and games are top-notch, such as basketball, tennis, table tennis, football, and indoor games.
Faculty: Faculty teaching skills are amazing, too good; they are helpful and friendly; courses are relevant but less practical; industry knowledge is okay; semester exams are difficult to average; passing percentages range from 6 CGPA onwards. Over all, it is good teaching.
Other: I chose my field because I am interested in it. I like my course; it should improve from a more practical point of view with the latest technologies. Events, scholarships—everything is there; all opportunities are provided.

It has a very good infrastructure and helpful faculty members, but placements are poor.
Placements: Placements are not that great as only 10% of the students are being placed every year. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.2 LPA. The top recruiting company is TCS. Due to covid, we missed our first internship, but we were told to do Coursera courses. Still, in the 2nd time, almost all students got into internships in companies. There are fewer companies in electronics, so most of the roles offered are related to software.
Infrastructure: Our infrastructure is very good, well-maintained and painted every alternate year. We get Wi-Fi excess at almost every place on the campus. Labs are very good with well-maintained equipment, and computer labs are fully air-conditioned. All classrooms have projectors, and you can find all the necessary books in the library. The canteen is very good with a lot of seating space. We have 3 grounds, in which one is for football, cricket, etc., 2nd is for volleyball and badminton, and 3rd is for basketball.
Faculty: Teachers are well-knowledgeable and very helpful, especially during the final year project. The course is much relevant to industrial use, but you still need to learn some things on your own. Semester exams are tough, but you can score good marks if you are attentive in the class and study most of the syllabus. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I am much curious about technology and software, so I wanted to opt for this course. This course is good, but after our batch, the course was renewed. There are a lot of events, and even each branch has separate events.

College life was good. Teachers are also good.
Placements: Around 11 students got placed in the present passing out batch. The highest salary offered is Rs. 53,300 per month, the lowest salary offered is Rs. 23,300 per month, the average salary offered is Rs. 36,600 per month. The top recruiting companies are IBM, Fame, Cytrix, Godrej. The highest salary package offered is 6.4 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 2.8 LPA, the average salary package offered is of 4.4 LPA. Some students got internships from a company like Bosch.
Infrastructure: Our department offers various labs, separate for electronics and telecommunications. The library is equipped with books on all subjects. The best part is that it offers books to students and also provides the facility of a book bank. There are no hostel facilities.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are very helpful and understanding. They always want their students to excel in studies and also in various fields of study. Teachers possess core knowledge of their subjects. They are always ready to guide students. According to me, the course curriculum is useful.
