Decent experience overall, but lots of room for improvement.
Placements: Around 40% of students got placed during college placements. The highest package offered was around 15 LPA, the lowest was about 7 LPA, and the average was about 10 LPA. TCS was one of the companies that visited our campus for placements. In terms of internships, around 90% of students managed to get one. But, honestly, most of them were either unpaid or very low-paid internships. Companies like Bharat Intern, Internshala, and LetsGrowMore are common names where students get internship certificates. When it comes to higher studies, very few students go for GATE or pursue M.Teach. The general trend is more focused on improving skills.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in my college is average. Wi-Fi is available, but not for students. Classrooms are basic as there is no AC or smart boards. The library is too small, not well-maintained, and doesn't feel like a place where you can seriously study. The canteen food is quite tasty and decent in quality. As for medical help, it's there in name but very mid-level in terms of support and availability. The college does have grounds, and they are pretty decent for playing outdoor games. However, there is no proper system in place when it comes to sports equipment; you have to bring your own.
Faculty: Teachers in my college are quite good, very helpful, well-qualified, and supportive. Most of them are approachable. The problem starts with the curriculum. For example, we are learning C+ on some outdated software that feels like it straight from the 90s. It is slow, inefficient, and does not reflect the tools or environment used in the industry today. So while the intent is good, the execution is far from being industry-ready. The course content needs an update if they want students to be prepared for the real world. Semester exams are moderate. You can manage exams easily. Almost every student passes.
Other: I chose this course because I love to code and wanted to explore it. That said, there are definitely areas where things could be improved. For starters, classrooms should have ACs and smartboards. The college should also work on organizing better fests with good celebrity appearances or at least more engaging events. Parking space is another big issue, especially for students who commute daily. In terms of sports and extracurricular activities, the college has a decent ground, but no support when it comes to equipment. The campus crowd is decent, and connectivity to the campus is manageable.

Review of MBA course admission in Shastri Park, New Delhi in 2026.
Placements: In this college, placements are very good. The best packages are provided by the college. In the college, the previous year, students got a package that ranged from 3-9 LPA. Companies provide packages and jobs based on the skills we have and our knowledge of the technology.
Infrastructure: In this college, the infrastructure is good. The hostel and water facilities are not provided for students. In this college, the canteen and water facilities are available, but charges are applicable. In this college, sports committee organises many games and tournaments for other college students.
Faculty: The course curriculum is relevant and good. Our college teachers are also good. They provide high-quality teaching. The college teachers solve any problems and errors in practical sessions. In this course, theory exams are not difficult, but practical exams are hard because lengthy code questions are given in exams.

Bad placements and infrastructure. Good faculty and college life.
Placements: The college doesn’t release official information on how many % of students were placed. The highest package was 48 LPA to a single student by Microsoft, the lowest was 3 LPA to multiple students, and the avg is around 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Freecharge, TCS , etc. Internship is not provided by our college, and the top roles offered were of software engineers.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are okay. We don’t get Wi-Fi sadly, and the network connection is bad on top floors where usually final year students study. The labs have internet and okay PCs. The classrooms all have only blackboards and wooden seats, which are not comfortable at all. The library has comfortable seats and ACs that are rarely used. The books are of good standards. The food in the canteen is quite good, and sports and games are only allowed to be played after classes get over, not before that.
Faculty: The teachers were qualified and knowledgeable. But there is a shortage of teachers in the college for 3rd and 4th year students. The course curriculum is mostly theoretical and doesn’t prepare us for real-world industry requirements. For that, students upskill themselves using YouTube videos or notes. The semester exams are quite easy if you are able to mug up most things. The pass percentage is usually around 80-90%.
Other: I chose this course because I like coding and maths. The best thing is that CSE has higher priority over others like AIML, IT, and Electrical during on-campus placements. I wish to improve the syllabus of the course so that we are taught industry-related subjects and not just theory. We have an annual fest named Utkarsh, and we are also allowed to attend GGSIPU's annual fest Anugoonj, where top artists such as Armaan Malik and Jubin Nautiyal perform.

Overall, if you don't get anything else in the counseling, you can go for it, but I don't recommend
Placements: The first batch of artificial intelligence and data science has not passed out yet, as it is a course that was introduced recently. The figures that are shown are based on the 2022 placement report of other branches, such as Computer Science, information technology, etc. The highest package offered is 44.15 LPA to a former student by Amazon. The lowest package offered is 2.4 LPA by Kritikal Solutions Private Limited, and the average package is 5.9 LPA. The top recruiter companies based on the number of students recruited are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, and Capgemini.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is present but sometimes works, sometimes not. Labs are good, properly maintained, and cleaned. Classrooms are decent, but no air-conditioning is provided, just a basic blackboard and some normal wooden benches, and nothing else. The library feels small according to the number of students who are there in the college, a comfortable chair and bench are present, and 2 air-conditioners are there, but it feels smaller due to the number of students. No hostel facility is available. Canteen food is decent, but the canteen is a little small in size and seating is also not enough.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, but they feel like they are not interested in teaching. Some teachers feel like primary teachers, and some just don't care about anything. Very few teachers are good in both education-wise and teaching-wise. Exams are being conducted perfectly in every aspect. Can't say whether the course is industry-ready or not, but they still include subjects that are irrelevant to industry in the first year.
Other: College has a lot of space, but a huge part of it is utilised. Building basement is used for parking vehicles in the shade, which can be used for a lot of things. College doesn't have a gym, which is a must for the physical well-being of students. Classrooms should have air conditioning at this point, where the weather seems to cross all limits. The course prepares students for the most demanding and lucrative field, artificial intelligence. The nearest metro is Kashmere Gate, so you have to be ready to wait for an auto rickshaw.

The college has average placements and good campus life.
Placements: Almost 70% of students get placement in on-campus placements. Average packages for placements are 4-5 LPA (it depends on the year). It is advisable to opt for off-campus placements for a better package. Last year, companies like Samsung came for recruitment. Every year it changes; you could be lucky. Don't depend on college internships. Students can apply off-campus.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is average; it could have been better. Classrooms are well-maintained, and the auditorium is well-maintained. Our college doesn't have hostel facilities, so students can search for PGs to rent. The canteen is well-maintained, and the food is good here at a reasonable rate. Our college offers many games, including indoor and outdoor games like table tennis, cricket, football, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified; also, the notes provided by teachers are very useful in sessions and midterms. The curriculum is course-related, and there are many workshops organized by the college that help too. Semester exams are good; I mean that if you study well throughout the semester, then the exams seem to be easy.
Other: I would say that this college is decent, but could have been better. Infrastructure could be improved; washrooms could be better maintained. Though they have separate washrooms. There are many events organized by the college at intervals which are well-known, and also there are many fests organized by the college. Overall, campus life is good. If you are getting into a better college, go for it.

Review of Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology and Management.
Placements: I am currently in the second year of the artificial intelligence and data science program. There are a total of 60 students in my class. The college is good, but since the AI branch is relatively new, I don't believe any students from this branch were placed last year. Around 50-60% of students were placed on campus, but most of them found jobs outside the campus. The highest package offered was 7 LPA, while the lowest was 2 LPA, with an average package of around 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies for data analysis roles include TCS and Infosys.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at my college is decent. The PCs in the labs are actually quite good, and there is air conditioning in the labs as well. The library is overcrowded and lacks sufficient books. Wi-Fi is only available in some labs and in the library. Classrooms in my department resemble government school rooms. They have no air conditioning, and the fans are placed very far from each other, plus there are no whiteboards in the classrooms. The sports and games facilities at my college are excellent. The canteen food is among the best in all of IPU universities. However, there is no hostel available at my college.
Faculty: Our teachers have varying teaching styles. Some are quite traditional and still use CMD for coding. The curriculum is primarily theoretical, with a strong emphasis on teaching concepts rather than practical coding skills. Important industry tools like SQL and excel are not part of our education. However, I appreciate that they have started to introduce machine learning, which is a positive development. Semester exams focus heavily on theory. Typically, passing is manageable, as most students only need to answer 2-3 questions correctly. To pass the exam, you need a total of 40 marks, which includes both internal assessments and external exams.
Other: As you know, AI is the future, so I have chosen to pursue a degree in AI. It’s a four-year course. If I could change something, I would choose to change the teachers, as AI is introducing many new concepts, and we need to stay up to date. The events and festivals at my college are good. If you want a vibrant college life, you'll enjoy ADGIPS college. However, the surrounding area, Seelampur, is not the best for students. Scholarships are available, but only for those who are from Delhi.
