G.B. Pant College of Engineering is the best for placement.
Placements: Placement of GB Pant College is very popular in every DSEU campus. Also, here, almost every year, 100% placement and also get the best companies like Hyundai and Ashok Leyland, etc. Every student gets placement every year with a good package, and also, teachers are supportive.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not good at this time, but here is some good news, the campus is getting rebuilt in a few years. Hostel facility is not available here, but the infrastructure is not good, that's all.
Faculty: Faculty is very good here, every class have a good faculty and also supportive faculty. The curriculum of DSEU is not good because of the lack of a working website, and it also has a fee hike. Exams are very good here, all questions are from the syllabus, and teachers support very well. Also, the course is very skilled and has a workshop to learn quickly.
Other: Events are not happening here, and the campus crowd is normal, not rushed. You can easily survive here.

Good academics, poor infrastructure.
Placements: I am from the B.Tech batch of DSEU G.B Plant Engineering College. Around 40-60% of students are placed, mostly through a mix of on-campus and off-campus efforts. The highest package is around 57 LPA off campus, while the average package is roughly 6-7 LPA, and the lowest is around 3 LPA. Companies like TCS, Oracle, and Maruti Suzuki recruit students along with a few service-based companies. Internship opportunities through the college are almost zero. The main roles offered are software engineer, IT roles, and graduate engineer trainee.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for the course is honestly not very good. Most of the computers in the labs are outdated, some systems work properly, while others do not. The college does not provide proper Wi-Fi access for students. The college does not provide any hostel facility. There used to be a canteen, but it was closed due to poor hygiene, and a new one is expected to open soon. I have not used the medical facilities.
Faculty: The faculty for the course is overall good and supportive. All the teacher are qualified and have studied at good universities, and they are knowledgeable in their respective subjects. The teaching quality is decent, not excellent, but definitely not bad, and concepts are explained clearly most of the time. The course curriculum is relevant and not overly heavy compared to some other universities. As a 1st year student, I find the academic structure better and more manageable compared to many other colleges. Semester exams are of medium difficulty. The passing percentage is around 40% each subject. Faculty quality is decent overall-some teachers are really good and supportive, while some are average, but it is not a major issue.
Other: I am from the B.Tech batch, and the overall batch quality is decent. Some students have good rank and strong technical interest, while others are average, so the crowd is mixed but manageable. I chose this course because I am genuinely interested in technology and want to build my future in CSE related field. The best thing about this course is that the academics are not overly stressed and allow time for self-learning. However, I wish the college would improve industry exposure, events, and extracurricular activities, as there are almost none. The campus is small but has greenery.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the infrastructure.
Placements: Many students got placed in CSE. In 2025, the highest package is 50 LPA. Recruiting companies are TCS, Blue Star, Infosys, and Oracle. My senior got their internship in their 2nd year. Roles offered are software engineer, and many more roles. I can say that the package is good as 70% students are placed.
Infrastructure: Classroom is decent but there is no AC in classroom. Library is also decent but small. There is no Wi-Fi facility in my college. There is no hostel as well but all over infrastructure is decent. In college, we have a small canteen but the food is below average.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and very friendly. They support us whenever we need their help. The curriculum is not that much good as they don't change the curriculum. Semester exam is moderate and above moderate like if we attend the class regularly so it will be easy.
Other: We all know, CSE is game changer course so and I have a great interest in computers and all. The best thing in my course is coding.

It is not a good college. I suggest students do not take admission here. It is not AICTE approved.
Placements: There are only 23 students in my batch of mechanical engineering. Overall, it is not a good college. Placements are not so good. It is not AICTE approved. It is the worst college.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi. The library was closed from January 2025. A proper canteen is not available. It has a poor infrastructure. Not even proper classrooms and labs are available. Not a good option as our college has no social life, and only problems are there. There are no sports facilities. There is no ground and no infrastructure for sports. There are no proper facilities. Lab conditions are not good.
Faculty: Faculty members are average. But the academic calendar is not provided. Semester exams are also difficult. Results are not on time. We will get results for the 1st semester in the 4th semester, and there is no proper communication. It should not be in students' options. There are no proper semester exams. They conduct sudden exams and use virtual labs sometimes.
Other: There are no fests. The campus is as small as other colleges, a one-block building.

Mismatched - College version.
Placements: Students are placed, but not with a very good package, below average. The highest package is 10 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA, with an average placement of 3 LPA in ECE. Top recruiting companies are Maruti, ABC Wire Company, and Oracle (maybe 1 student). Internships are not something we get from the college; it's upon us how we get an internship on our own.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi on the college campus. The labs of ECE are okay, not that good; instruments do not work many times, mostly in our labs. Classrooms are not in a good position; desks are worn out, and the projector doesn't work in most of the classes. There is no hostel in our college. There is only one canteen, and the food is not very hygienic, and the pricing is too overpriced. There are no medical facilities. For sports and games, there is no coach; our seniors help us. There is a badminton court and a basketball court.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful in our department and teach well. They are qualified from UPSC and provide us with notes and everything, but checking is very strict, especially in the ECE department. Yes, this curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are moderate to hard level, with 30-70 weightage between mid-sem and end-sem.
Other: ECE is ongoing in demand, that's why I chose this field. The course is interesting, and the semiconductor industry is growing. I want my campus life like there is no campus life at DSEU. There are no fests or events, only some organized by societies, but very few. I want these things for my personal growth. For sports, we buy our own ball and everything.

I am fully satisfied with the faculty members and their way of teaching.
Placements: Almost 90% of students get placement in my college. The average package is 3 lacs and the highest package is 5 lacs. Recruiting companies like Maruti Suzuki , Bajaj, etc., hire students . On average, 70% of students get internships in my course. The top roles offered in my course are junior engineer.
Infrastructure: Every important facility for a student is available in my college, such as the library , Wi-Fi , proper classrooms, a canteen , etc. The infrastructure of my college is overall good. Food quality is quite acceptable, and a variety of items are available in the mess. Also, various sports and medical facilities are available.
Faculty: All teachers and faculty members are awesome, and their teaching skills are excellent. The course curriculum is enough to make students ready for the industry. Semester exams are not so tough; they are averagely hard, and the passing percentage is 28%. All teachers explain everything too easily.
Other: I chose this course because I had an interest in electrical since my childhood. The best thing about this course is that it helps in the international development of any country. Timely events are organised, and scholarships are provided to students, and they are prepared to participate in extracurricular activities.
