My college experience as of now.
Placements: As a third-year student, the placements are yet to come, so the ratio is less for Joe, but there are many students who crack the college placements from 3 year. The lowest package is 3 LPA and the highest is 25 LPA. For my course, the top recruiting companies are Philips, Infosys, EV Motors, Seminar, and so on. Many data analyst roles are offered.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good, and the labs are also well-equipped. The quality of the series is also good. Mess and canteen food is good. Also, the campus area is a bit small to have or to enjoy. For Wi-Fi, you have to take permission from the admin then it's free completely. The fest, which is held in February, is the heart of every student to enjoy these days to the fullest.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and very supportive with the great tracker quality. Exams are held according to SPPU in 2 parts first semester then end-semester. The SPPU syllabus is just reading and writing. There is no concept clarity, causing a disadvantage for the GATE examination, the second year is hard for all. I consider above 75 is a good CGPA.
Other: I chose this course because I was having problems with coding between CSE and ECE, so that's why. ENTC is really interesting.

College is okay, a mediocre one. It is not too good, not too bad.
Placements: In my batch, students get placed, but here is the catch. The starting salary is average, about 4 LPA, and the highest is also 12 LPA this year. I feel it is improving, but it can only be considered if you are not getting anything else. Very few people get internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not good at all, so I do not recommend going for the college hostel. The college is currently being constructed in the right way, and the infrastructure is improving. It does not have what we expect from a college, so the infrastructure is not good.
Faculty: Faculty is good and experienced, but the courses have many subjects. Those are not useful, like human values, economics, and other subjects, which frustrate students a lot. These subjects do not help in any way for our future. The difficulty level of the semester exams is also okay.
Other: Events are also very bad and not up to expectations.

Absolutely satisfied with the placement of 2024-2025.
Placements: As of now, our campus drive has secured more than 95 percent of offer letters, and many of our students received 2-3 letters. The highest package is around 34 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, with an average ranging from 6 LPA to 8 LPA. Infosys, Wipro, and TCS are the top recruiting firms, whereas our three students got placed in AWS with the highest package of 34 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college is a private college and it is in a highly developed city, which is why you have some sort of campus limitations. The college has a canteen area with 50-100 seats.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified, with most having a (Dr.) or Ph.D. degree. We are in NEP 2025, we have some old subjects too, the pattern is too easy so we don't have to take pressure. Subjects are not industrial requirements but the extracurricular activities are there with guest lectures and placement drive aptitude test, which are somehow preparing for industrial enrichment.
Other: I chose this course because of my very strong interest in coding and IOT applications. The best thing about my course is that it has only 80 students, which means we are a smaller batch of students in the whole college. Also, there are a lot of events and clubs on campus. The sports event like Parakram, the annual event like Sanskriti, tech event Zion, and many more are conducted.

Satisfied because of good placements, really good infrastructure, and facilities.
Placements: Around 93-95% students are placed in the CSE branch. The average placement in CS is 6-7 LPA, and the highest is 45 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, and Capgemini. Paid internships are very low, about 7%. Top roles in CS are software developers, AI/Ml engineer, Cloud architect, Full-stack developer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good, including clean washrooms, clean classrooms, labs, etc. Also, the maintenance is very good. College is of 8 floors, all maintained perfectly, so 10/10 infra. Also, hostels have well-maintained medical facilities available, but the college campus is not big, so there is no playground on the college campus, sports and games are held on other grounds. Also library is in the basement, which is very good and well-maintained, and all books are available.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and some teachers are not that good, but very few. The course curriculum is very relevant and well-established. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate (sppu). Those who study consistently, exams are very easy for them.
Other: The best thing about this course is the placement ofcourse and good teachers. Scholarships are applicable in our college. Events like Parakrama, Sanskriti, and many more are held in February, so the college is event-rich with good events and fests. Campus surrounding is also good. Food stalls, cafes, all these things are there. Also metro station is just 1 km away. College is in a good area of Pimpri i.e., Sant Tukaram Nagar. Also, 75% attendance is accepted. That's all, college is very good in terms of infrastructure, placements, area, facilities, and all could be better in campus size/grounds. That's all.

Short summary of Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute Of Technology.
Placements: Placement percentage is really high. Good amount of people are placed, and the package is low to high. The highest package offered is 46 LPA. Around 10-12 people got placed in 40s. One from the mechanical department got placed in Honda research center in India for 50+. Average package is around 9 LPA - 10 LPA, and for my department 12 LPA - 14 LPA. Top recruiters are Infosys and others.
Infrastructure: College lacks a lot of facilities and infrastructure. In addition, the college campus is very small having only one straight road with a cafeteria or canteen whatever we want to say it. It is going through construction right now which is going to last for atleast 3-4 more year which makes it harder for children and reduces the campus.
Faculty: Curricular is designed by SPPU as it is a non-autonomous college at the time of writing this review. Faculty is mixed with some of the best teachers and personalities you'll ever see and you'll try to forget asap. Exams depend on the time you have and the length of the course, but usually 2 unit tests with 1 prelim.
Other: Campus is very small. There is almost zero sports facility with no place nearby. The college has a good placement environment and facilities but it also lacks a lot.

Good placements, small campus.
Placements: Many people in Maharashtra know about the placements offered by this college. Placements are offered in a good number, and almost 90-95% students are placed on campus. The highest package offered yet is of 70 LPA, offered in 2023 to a mechanical student. In 2025, yet 3 students have been offered 40 LPA, which is the highest for 2025 yet.
Infrastructure: The campus is very small (almost no campus except a library and a canteen), there is free Wi-Fi available for laptops, but you have to send a request to the college using the ERP portals for the same. The hostel is way too expensive, and many students prefer PGs nearby rather than living in the hostel.
Faculty: Faculty for some subjects is experienced and somewhat helpful, but for some subjects, you feel like you will have to do everything on your own. The curriculum is fully based on the SPPU 2024 pattern, so they don't have their own curriculum, and it is moderately relevant to modern industrial standards.
