MIT Academy of Engineering BTech scholarships are offered to meritorious students who satisfy the eligibility requirements. Candidates who have achieved a minimum score of greater than or equal to 95% in MHT-CET or JEE Main for soft branches (Computer, Computer (software), E&TC, Electronics) and 90% for Hard branches (Mechanical, Civil, and Chemical) are eligible for merit-based scholarships. Additionally, only 5% of the first-year students from every branch are eligible for the scholarship. Besides the MITAOE Alandi scholarships, a tuition fee concession is offered to the children of employees working under the Maeer Trust.

Shivaji University's DoT is more affordable for B.Tech, with total fees around ?3–3.5 Lacs including tuition.
