The best college for extra activities and it also gives chance to represent your ideas to industry.

Placements: Typically, 60 to 70% of students place packages are around 2.5 to 21 LPA in MNCs and private companies. The different types of roles offered by the companies include designer, developer, and frontend developer. For my course, the top companies like HAL, BHEL, NHPC, etc. The all student get internship.

Infrastructure: Good food and mess quality. Medical and sports facilities are also available. The events and all activities are taken care of by the college. Library facilities are also good in the college; all types of books are available in the library. The classroom is also good; facilities are also available.

Faculty: All teachers are fully qualified. They give more knowledgeable information. Exams passing rate is up to 70%; semester exam is easy. The course curriculum is related to industry, but your efforts are also required. College gives more opportunities to connect with the industry.

My college is fantastic in Pune.

Placements: Students are getting placed every year. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, technology and many more companies visit our college. The highest salary package offered is nearly 7.6package. Companies like tata motors and tata technology also visited our college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the DY Patil school of engineering is very good in the applied sciences department. There are special labs for mechanical labs. It is the very best infrastructure. It is the best college in Pune for sports and academics. And all branches of engineering in Pune.

Faculty: Faculty members of DY Patil school of engineering are very helpful and very useful. And well qualified and knowledgeable teaching. It is the very best college in Pune. Our college has the best staff in our branches. And also other activities are best in college.

Faculty members of our college were not good.

Placements: Placements provided in our college were very less because below 10% of students got placement offers. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA, the lowest salary package was 1.5 LPA, and the average salary package was 2 LPA to 2.5 LPA. The recruiting companies were TCS, Cognizant, and Bajaj. Final students have to do compulsory internships in our college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and environment of our campus were the best. Wi-Fi was not available for students. Library was good. Mess and canteen were good but served average quality food. Other activities were good. The environment of our college was good to study.

Faculty: Teachers in our college were egoistic, rude, and not experienced. Some of them were understanding but 80% of them were not good. Since the new principal is very humble and down to earth now the atmosphere of our college is changing. Students have to do self-study to prepare for exams.

Other: Our college provided a very good experience and campus life. The campus atmosphere was very good. There is no huge innovative work. I was selected for a patent for my idea and the college forced me to add my name to the patent file and forcefully made me that document which says that I am gonna give 75% of revenue to the college from my patent. The principal of our college is changed now. Saiyyad sir is very understanding. I hope that there will be drastic growth in college under the guidance of Saiyyad sir.

Placements: Many good companies visit our college to recruit students. Top recruiting companies like Cognizant, etc., show interest to recruit students from our college. Students who complete their projects on time will get placed with high salary packages.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides us with all facilities. The mess and canteen facilities are available in our college. The food served in the canteen is expensive. Mostly, students go outside the campus to get meals and snacks.

Faculty: Our college provides better teachers according to our courses. Our faculty members are the best.

Other: Events, fests, fresher's parties, and D.Y Patil nights are held in our college. Festivals like Garba and Holi are held in our college. It is an autonomous college.

Review of Dr. D.Y. Patil School Of Engineering.

Placements: Our college provides good placements. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA.

Infrastructure: Our college has a good laboratory facility. E-learning facility is also available. Hostel facilities are better. New laboratory is constructed with advanced equipment and new technologies. The food served in the canteen is decent.

Faculty: Semester exams are difficult as our syllabus is vast. But this syllabus will help students to get good jobs with decent salary packages. Teachers are very good in our college. It is affiliated with SPPU.

Overall, our college is good.

Placements: Recently, there was a placement drive by Jio and more than 15 students were selected. All the top MNCs, including Wipro, Infosys, TCS, and others, recruit here.

Infrastructure: We have a lush green campus with Wi-Fi connectivity. There is a huge library with a huge number of books for engineering, diploma, master's, GATE, and other GK books. Hostel rooms are also good and provide laundry facilities. The hostel fee is high for middle-class families. Hostels are also divided into 3 floors.

Faculty: All faculty members are very friendly and helpful in nature. Exams are conducted in a very strict and good manner. If there is any malpractice, strict actions are taken against him/her.

Other: Our department has signed an MOU with IIT Kanpur, which provides us with benefits like CSE courses at a lower cost. Extracurricular activities are arranged for the overall growth of students.

Placements here are fine, & teachers aren't much professionals, only a few know what they are doing.

Placements: There aren't any top roles offered to students. All the roles offered are average. I remember seeing my seniors who had done their projects in Arduino. But though they did receive a little help from the faculty members they had done certified courses from an online platform in order to get a good grasp over Arduino.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure and accommodation are fine. There are instruments and systems for practicals but some of the professors here aren't good especially 2nd-year professors. I have experienced it myself. They just showed youtube videos in the name of practicals during online classes. I cannot say anything about offline hands-on practicals because I have yet to experience them.

Faculty: During the pandemic in the 2020-21 academic year, I didn't hear a single teacher focusing on doing their duty correctly. Only a few teachers were able to properly finish their respective subjects with proper explanation of the concepts during online classes. A teacher asked us to study from youtube, many didn't complete their respective subjects, and worse they read through PDF files in order to teach us the subjects. whether pandemic or global calamity, if we pay you fees, we expect you to teach properly.

Other: I chose the course E&TC because I wanted to learn embedded systems and do something with IoT, but in this college, if you want to get a good and decent placement, you have to prepare yourself and apply for off-campus placements.

Campus infrastructure was good but faculty was not good. Really dissatisfied.

Placements: In my batch, there were 46 students who appeared for final year exams. From campus, no one got placed because no company visited. Almost 10 to 20% of the students got placed outside by their own effort. The highest package is 180000 and the lowest is 100000. Indus building system was the top recruiting company.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure was good and the lab was also good but few instruments were not available due to the high cost. Wi-Fi was available and a stadium for playing. The hostel was also okay. The food was okay and the medical facility was average. Games are more to play. The canteen was very much impressive.

Faculty: Teachers were not helpful, less qualified and less knowledgeable. The teaching quality was the worst except few of them. Mostly students joined coaching for studying. The course curriculum was just to score marks in the exam and no advance techniques was taught. Not preparing for industry level .

Other: I have chosen this course because it is an evergreen course. Lots of opportunities were there in the civil branch. The advance technique should be implemented instead of solving problems repeatedly.
