One of the best colleges in terms of infrastructure and facilities, and it has diverse crowd.
Placements: There is an active placement cell in the college. Most of the students who did not go for the post-graduation programme were placed. The average package offered after BBA ranged from 3 to 4 LPA. The roles students got were mostly in the department of marketing and sales.
Infrastructure: Dayananda Sagar Institute is known for its infrastructure. There is a huge auditorium as well as a student wellness center. Separate hostels are available for boys and girls, with AC and Wi-Fi facilities. The hostel food was good, and the menu was set according to students preferences.
Faculty: The professors are well qualified and experienced. We are taught through the medium of smart classes. BBA is a professional course. It focuses on live projects as well as the knowledge required for the industry. They do both internal and external assessment.

The placements provided are good, but the quality of teaching is poor.
Placements: DSI has one of the best placement records in Bengaluru. Flipkart, Amazon, JP Morgan, Accenture, Oracle, etc., are the primary recruiters. The companies which visit the campus to offer placements also provide internship opportunities to the students, and the students are offered responsible roles along with a stipend depending upon the performance of the students. The average salary package offered to the students of the recent batch was around 3.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Being a day scholar, I can't tell about the hostel facilities. The canteen is very good for foodies as they serve varieties of food items. The library, classrooms and labs are well maintained. The campus is not Wi-Fi enabled, which is one of the basic drawbacks. The sports and event management department is not fully functional as not many tournaments and events are organised on the campus.
Faculty: The teachers are very strict regarding the attendance, and it's mandatory for all the students to maintain 85%. The teachers are not supportive. Some of them mostly prefer local language to communicate. The curriculum is updated and very useful for the students to become managers in future.

Other: The good thing which I liked the most about my college was that, being a North Indian guy my faculty members never discriminated students. The Infrastructure of the college was also really very good and specially the auditorium which was the best amongst the other colleges in Bangalore. There was a huge crowd of students as it provides many different courses, so the students from outside India also come to study here. Now talking about the bad thing - as I stayed in hostel during my BBM course the North Indian food prepared by the canteen workers was not that good. They should also focus to improve the mess hygiene.
