I highly recommend joining this college.
Placements: There is no specific date I have for how many students were placed, but there is an average number of students who get placed in the college. It is around 4-5 LPA. The highest amount placed in the college is 23 LPA. Top recruiting companies are KPMG, EY, Deloitte, PwC, Genpact, HCL Technologies, and JLL.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my course is very good. We have the best department in the college. There is no facility in the hostel, which is a minus point for the college. The quality of food is also good in the canteen. Prices are almost as low as compared to the markets. College is also active in sports activities.
Faculty: Faculty members are cool. They are all kind and well-informed. Sometimes they conduct a seminar on a specific topic. They discuss this with students from different departments. Their teaching skill are good. If we talk about exams and class tests. Everything is fine.
Other: I chose this course because I have chosen political science as my future career. The best thing about my course is that it has the best department in the college. The campus crowd is amazing. There are people from all over India, which makes the campus more colorful in terms of language and culture.

Satisfied with faculty, Infrastructure is mid. Placement is fine.
Placements: As for placement, I have heard the college, the highest placement is competitive with north campus colleges, but the ratio of students who get placement is comparatively lower than those. Placement cell of the college is active as well. Last year the highest placement is like 36 LPA, and as for average it will be 6 to 7 LPA.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is okay. Like, there is no air conditioning in the class and the ,walls have some scribbles as well, but overall it depends upon the student and teacher so it doesn't matter too much. Still, it is not top-notch. But as for a South Campus college, it is fine.
Faculty: Faculty is good except a few, but all the professors are good at teaching, give minimal assignments, and do fair internals. Sometimes the syllabus isn't completed, but it is manageable as students study before the exams anyways. Although it is also between good and passable.
Other: Na.

Good placement cell. Infrastructure could use some work.
Placements: One of the top placement cell of DU. It is awarded 3rd position by The Delhi College Awards conducted by The Education Tree. Regular recruiters include KPMG INDIA, EY INDIA, Deloitte, PwC, NIIT Ltd, KEN RESEARCH, S&P Global, The Oberoi Group, Wipro, Tresvista, GERC, Grant Thornton, Apeiron HDFC Bank, ICICI Prudential, EY Global, NIIT, Genpact Enterprise Risk Consulting, Genpact, Invest Mango, TCS, Indigo, and FIS Global etc. The highest package offered to our students has been 18 LPA. Moreover, 110+ reputed companies hire around 300+ interns from the college every year with a stipend as high as 50,000 Rupees. The cell is also chosen by Brown University, USA, to conduct research regarding placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is kind of old. It could use some upgrade. The buildings, I mean; even the benches in some classes. Library is good. Wi-Fi works fine. Labs are okay too. College does not have a hostel; you'll have to look for PGs nearby. Mostly students live in PGs in South Extension.
Faculty: Some teachers are really nice, and some are very rude and pick arguments unnecessarily. Teaching is same as the teachers. Some teach very nicely and some don't. The course curriculum is relevant as you see the subjects of B.Com are there in some professional courses. The exams are not that difficult if you study properly, passing percentage would be around 90.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to go in the commerce field and the course I wanna do is related to the one I'm doing now. The best thing about my course is that it's practical and is not a waste of time. I just wish some teachers were better in my faculty, and the buildings and classes definitely need some work done (morning college only). We don't really have big fests here. There's one fest, Pridarshini, but it's okay, not like the other DU fests. Other events don't take place.

Dyal Singh College, Delhi University.
Placements: The placement ratio in our college is very low. The placement ratio is low even in the technical department. There are no specified companies that come regularly every year for placement. The top courses that are offered in my college are B.Com. Honours and other courses.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is not up to the mark and is very average. The cab facilities are also not up to the mark. Limited things are available, which hampers the curriculum of the course. The campus does not provide Wi-Fi connections, and no printing is available either.
Faculty: The faculty curriculum is average, and it doesn't make students industry-ready. The teachers of my department are good, but there are a few who are not up to that mark. The exam difficulty is average. A regular student will pass easily. Around 2-3 students fail the class.
Other: I chose this course because I'm interested in Biology, and this course is really interesting. I wish the lab facilities could be improved and air conditioning could be provided in every class.

Best thing in college is location
Placements: KPMG Global Service Genpact Enterprise Risk Consulting, and HCL Tech are a few among many regular recruiters of college. The highest package offered in 2024 is 23.5 LPA and the median package is around 5LPA. In total 200 students are placed. Maximum no. The placement is for the role of Business Development and Sales followed by analyst, finance and many others such as Human Resources digital marketing relationship and wealth management.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel available in our college. Infrastructure is not very good. Some rooms in the basement are quite suffocating and the condition of some of the washrooms is also not good. Canteen food is average sometimes you feel like what are you eating but outside the college you can get several shops for food at affordable price. Sports and games are available in college.
Faculty: The Maths Hons teachers are very qualified experienced and helpful. They guide us with important questions and also give tips and tricks to score good marks in exams. They are very cooperative and help us in every possible way. Curriculum for B.Sc. Maths Hons is a base for your higher studies.
Other: I chose B.Sc. Hons in Mathematics because I have a keen interest in Mathematics. I love playing with numbers. This mathematics is far different from what you studied in school. It is a more theoretical and rigorous proof. Its the base for your higher studies. There are many societies in college.

Honest review of Dyal Singh College.
Placements: 40 percent get the placement after college. The highest package was 4 LPA and the lowest was 2LPA. No such big companies mainly the small ones. Mainly from B.Com Hons Accountants majorly or some lower level of management. There is no recruitment cell in our college the placement is external or by some sources.
Infrastructure: A library with a high speed internet connection. LABS are there, classrooms are average, they should be renovated and internet connection should be installed there. No hostel facility is provided in our college. The classrooms are equipped with projectors.
Faculty: The best thing in our college is our faculty especially the commerce department. Lots of students are preparing for CA so we can say that they are being ready for the industry. Semester exams are moderate not that hard. Teachers are really helpful.
