Sometimes I feel bad about college, but it is a good college. Good placements and infrastructure.

Placements: Now I am in my first year, and I do not have enough knowledge to let you tell me about placements. But my seniors said his friend got 18 LPA last year, and the record is also showing 35 LPA is the highest package. We have a placement cell which is very active.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. There is a football cricket ground, a kabbadi ground, an NCC ground, a basketball court, etc. We have a fully furnished non-AC room. But this is good. We also have some bamboo rooms, which look good. Shooting arrangements are also good.

Faculty: The faculty is very experienced they teach properly. All teachers are friendly in nature, except for some teachers. Overall teacher experience is very good. Exams are held on time. Sitting arrangements are good. If you are a student coming for education, you have it 100%.

Other: There are many events organised. Most are by societies. The college also hosts some events like Deepotsav, etc.

Average college, nice teachers, not much good infrastructure, placements are good if talented.

Placements: The number of students placed in our course is very high but from our college is too low. From the time when I joined the college the highest package is 12 LPA. The average package ranges from 4 LPA to 5 LPA. Top recruitment companies are Zomato, Wipro, etc. In my course many students got internships but we have to find internships from outside. We don't get internships from college. Roles offered by our course are analyst, banking, etc.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is so good in my department, they are so supportive. Library is available with free Wi-Fi support and wooden benches. In our library, you get many books which are so good. There are different sections for different subjects. There are no hostel facilities in our college.

Faculty: Our teachers are so qualified and knowledgeable because they have done post-graduation from Delhi School of Economics which is a very respective college for economics. Curriculum of our department is so good that they invite great economists. Government officers are related to economics for lectures by which we get wider things to think and able to think with the perspective of economy. The level of semester exams is more than average. Passing percentage is 40%. Teachers are supportive in studies and also in other things.

Other: Main reason for choosing the course is my interest. The future is also good in the economics. Practical things like we read in books but I think we have to learn the practical things how the economy works and different perspectives of economics. Campus crowd is average, like 40% girls and 60% boys. Connectivity is so good like near metro station is JLN stadium gate number 5 exactly, you exist in front of college and also near bus stop is JLN stadium you directly reach to college gate. At fest, many singers came and we can make memorable moments.

Overall, Dyal Singh is a great college with good placement opportunities.

Placements: The number of students placed this year is very high. As per the records, the highest package is around 24 LPA, and the average is 5 LPA. Top companies, including EY, KPMG, Deloitte and many more recruit students from the college. Students also get great internship opportunities in many big companies.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is fine but can be improved. Almost all facilities are provided in classrooms. The library is very nice, and all the study materials are available there. The college canteen is well-maintained, and the food is great. Hygiene is also maintained along with great taste.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified from well-known universities in the country. They are very knowledgeable, and their way of teaching is excellent. Not only in academics, but they also guide students regarding internships and placements. The curriculum is highly relevant and prepares students for the corporate world. Exams are of medium difficulty some questions are tough, but most are of average level.

Other: Since economics is one of the most demanded courses these days, I have opted for this course. Everything in the college is great. However, I believe that the infrastructure is one aspect that can be improved.

The campus life at DSC DU.

Placements: Top recruiting companies are Wipro, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, etc. The average package is around 2L per annum. Internship opportunities are there, and DSC has its own placement cell, which stays very active to help students find jobs and internship opportunities.

Infrastructure: My course is Economics Honours, which gives you various job opportunities, and it is one of the most demanding and toughest courses at DU. The campus is good, but they don't offer hostel facilities. Amenities like the library, grounds, amphitheater, etc., are present.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful as well as understanding. They are very much qualified, and the course curriculum is also very relevant to today's economic situation. The semester exams are moderate. In order to pass, students need to put in hard work and effort.

Good infrastructure, best teachers, better facilities and reasonable placements.

Placements: 30–35 percent of students were placed in my course, and internship rates were also high in our course; the highest package was 10 lacs per annum. The top roles offered were of marketing, economic management, etc. Economics Honors were the centre group for the placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good, as it has well-maintained rooms and benches and different varieties of rooms, such as bamboo rooms, which keep cool in the summer. Also, the labs and library in our college are of high quality and provide good service to the students. Besides, there is no hostel at our college.

Faculty: Teachers at our college are very experienced and provide good help for the students in every aspect of their lives. They not only teach us but also serve as very good mentors. The course is relevant but the NEP 2020 has made it difficult for the student to cope with it .

Other: Economics Honors is a very prestigious course offered at DU and it expands to various parts of our daily lives and helps us to maintain and make up the economy of our nation. However, there is a need for improvement in the course curriculum.

Our college provides excellent faculty members.

Placements: Placements are average in this college. The maximum salary package offered was 9 LPA. Mostly startups and tech firms visit our college for recruitment. Internships are offered in this college. The placement cell is active. Top recruiting company is Genpact.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. Playground is huge. There is a separate ground for NCC. Classrooms are spacious. There is no hostel in this college. Sports are average. Medical room is available 24X7. We also have a big canteen in this college.

Faculty: Professors are very knowledgeable. The teaching quality is excellent. Internal exams are conducted in the form of tests and presentations. Semester exams are not tough. We can easily score 6-7 CGPA.

Other: I would highly recommend students to join this college.

It is a decent college with good infrastructure.

Placements: Our college provides a wide variety of internships, some unpaid and some with monetary incentives. Top roles offered are content writing and business development. Many students wish to pursue higher studies or prepare for the UPSC exam. Many students have not applied for placements. Top recruiting companies are Tata Consultancy Services, ICICI Lombard, Genpact, Top Hire, Advantage Club, etc. The salary package offered ranges between 2.5 LPA - 7 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our campus is spacious. Our classrooms are good. Gardens are huge and well-kept. The library is spacious and has a wide variety of books. Wi-Fi facility is available. The hostel facility is not available in our college. The canteen is not much big. The food served in the canteen is decent and affordable.

Faculty: Our faculty members are supportive and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is vast. Some technical papers are offered in the second year. Semester exams are not much difficult if you attend your classes or study for at least an hour every day. The pass percentage for internals and finals is 40%.

Other: Our department has many societies like dance, music, consulting, photography, research papers, entrepreneurship, and NCC.

College, placements, teachers, courses/syllabus, Seniors, overall environment is really good.

Placements: Placements in Dyal Singh are good, I can easily say that this is one of the few colleges that actively try to place students (the placement cell -a student college initiative is really active and helpful, it conducts mentoring sessions, and helps us with job interviews. The highest Package offered by this college is 23+LPA with a median package of 5-7 LPA. In my course, almost 70% of students were placed, and the internship record is also pretty good.

Infrastructure: The Infrastructure in our college isn't the best but it isn't the worst also, while classes may look badly maintained, it does the job of learning. The computer lab has a lot of computers and all are in working condition. Our college also has Wi-Fi which is really helpful for using it within the college vicinity. Sports facilities are also top-notch, with a variety of events taking place, it has a basketball court, kabaddi ground, huge NCC ground, archery area also and cricket ground. The canteen is also excellent with good hygienic food and at really cheap prices.

Faculty: The teachers are absolutely wonderful in this college. I was really afraid when seniors told me that in College most of the teachers don't care what you do, but trust me all teachers are really good. Delhi University has adopted NEP 2020 which has made education more relevant for finding jobs and they have introduced various other courses also which provide us with better skills which are needed in the job market. Exams are not really difficult if you study regularly, teachers emphasise attending classes regularly and taking regular tests which help us prepare for semester end (main exams.

Other: Economic Honours is the best course as it is really in demand in the job market. The Economics Department of Dyal Singh College is also one the best at Delhi University. There are a lot of fests and functions conducted. Personally, the only thing I would like to improve is the infrastructure but that is the case for all Delhi University Colleges. The crowd is excellent with good helpful seniors, Anti Ragging cell is also very strict and active in the college.
