Placements: In my course, B.A. Hons Economics, the placement at this college is good. If you have a CGPA of 7 or above, you can expect on-campus placements from this college, as the placement cell is very active. The highest package you can expect, with adequate skills in data analytics, a good foundation in econometrics, and a strong CGPA, is 18 LPA as a fresher. Top recruiting companies include EY, Deloitte, Wipro, KPMG, Byju's, and Tech Mahindra. About 45% of students get internships and secure good placements. The roles companies appoint for Economics Hons graduates are in business analytics and research analytics.

Infrastructure: In my college, the hostel facility is not available, and one can expect decent but old infrastructure. The quality of food in the canteen is quite good, and the prices are also very reasonable. The speed of Wi-Fi is moderate, not very good, but the labs and library are well-maintained and air-conditioned. The college offers a variety of goods, and the faculty provides sports equipment for students to play.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and attentive, as Economics Hons is a tough course. They put in their full effort to teach well. This course is difficult, and I suggest that any student who does not have a good foundation in Math should not pursue it, as the course is full of Math and analysis. One can be industry-ready if they pursue this course with full dedication. The semester exams are moderate, and the passing percentage is 70/160, including both practical and theory exams.

Other: I choose this course because I have an interest in Maths. If you want to enjoy your college life with good fest seasons and less academic stress, ARSD is the best college for you in terms of everything.

If you have no idea what you will do in your life, then sure, take admission here.

Placements: Literally zero placement opportunities, even if you are deserving and have the required skills, you have zero chances of getting any placement without any prior experience. The college itself provides zero experience opportunities and no internships.

Infrastructure: No hostel facility for boys, but I think they are planning to build one. The course is the standard DU course, which is exactly the same in all the colleges. The course is outdated and you won't be able to learn any real-life skills, so don't rely on the course only.

Faculty: The faculty is decent if they want to take the classes. A lot of classes get canceled without any prior notice, and schedule changes are common. Without a doubt, the experience of the class is so boring that even if you want to study, you won't be able to.

Best decision ever at Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College.

Placements: About 70% of Economics Honours students received placements from our college. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA, the average salary package offered was 5.6 LPA. And the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA for UG students. Some of the recruiting companies include KPMG and Deloitte, where 60%-70% of students secured internships. Top roles offered in this course include Business Development Analyst, Data Analyst, and Economic Researcher.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of ARSD is quite good. Classrooms are well-maintained and clean, with a fully air-conditioned library. Labs are well-equipped with the required items, and the Wi-Fi speed is fast. The sports ground is large enough, with a separate badminton court and indoor games available. The food in the canteen is tasty and prepared with complete hygiene.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful in every aspect and always try to make us understand the concepts in the best way possible. The course curriculum is relevant as it helps us relate economics and its applications in the real world and economy, which encourages students to explore networking opportunities and improve critical thinking skills. Since the course is quite prestigious, semester exams are a bit tough, but consistent efforts can surely lead to success. The pass percentage is 93%.

Other: I have always had a deep interest in economics, and that was the reason I chose this course to shape my career in economics, allowing me to truly enjoy my work. I wish my course included more practical activities with less theory so that we could gain real-life experience earlier in our lives. However, I am grateful that my college campus, events, fests, and overall connectivity are all fantastic.

Placements: 1. 40% to 50% of the students who applied were placed somewhere or the other. 2. The average package offered in Economics Hons was around 4-5 LPA. 3. Among the top recruiters were Deloitte, KPMG, Tech Mahindra, Decathlon, etc. 4. 60% to 70% of the students got internships after 1st year graduation through the internship and placement mela organized in the college premises. 5. The top roles offered in economics were from consultancy, data analysis, sales, and marketing.

Infrastructure: 1. ARSD is amongst the largest colleges in Delhi University, providing proper facilities and ground for the students interested in sports. (Cricket, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, badminton, etc.) 2. Well-maintained classrooms, library with AC's, labs seminar, conference halls, medical rooms, etc. 3. The college canteen has ample space to handle the crowd with Nescafe and Mother Dairy outlets.

Faculty: 1. One of the best faculties for economic honors, with knowledgeable and experienced teachers. Mentors provided to every student to sort any queries regarding academics. 2. The exams are conducted smoothly by the administration with proper guidelines and seating plans and with proper invigilation.

Other: 1. The demand for economics is at its peak, which provides the path for the job role of data analytics and consultant; this was the basic reason for choosing this course. 2. The infrastructure, curriculum activities, sports facilities, and academics are the strong points of ARSD. 3. Students Unions are also very active through the year. 4. The number of intakes is very high in ARSD, which needs to be revised as it results in a very diverse crowd, which sometimes leads to the weakest point of the college. 5. Connectivity is very good, walking distance from Durgabai Deshmukh metro station. 6. Fests are conducted regularly by the student union. And gather a healthy crowd.

Inside story of ARSD college.

Placements: There were decent campus placement opportunity in my college as the placement cell members were approaching various companies. Students from 3rd year can only get places and student from all years can apply for internship. There were various companies like accenture, Deloitte etc. The highest package was 12 LPA.

Infrastructure: There was also a huge library with a great variety of books from all journals. There were no ACs in the classrooms, which was not good, especially in June when we have to write our exams. There is an e library where students can use computers to help them. The college also has a badminton court, basketball court, and cricket stadium.

Faculty: The faculty from the economics department was highly knowledgeable and supportive. They were interactive and give practical learning lessons to the students and also help in clearing our doubts. One can interact with the teachers whenever they were free and present in the college.

Other: There were many societies in the college for the development of students.
