Partially satisfied by the college.
Placements: I have completed my graduation in B.Sc. Maths Honors. One section has around 50-60 students. If we talk about the placement, in my batch, I don't think anyone has been placed.
Infrastructure: College has a wide variety of courses. Dyal Singh College offers the largest number of courses in a particular college in the Delhi University. There is a major con that the college doesn't provide any hostel facility. The college canteen is decent and provides reasonable prices.
Faculty: Teachers of my course are very helpful except for some teachers. Teachers are well qualified. Most of the teachers are from Delhi University itself. If we talk about the difficult level of semester examination, it's not that difficult if you study. The college has a very cooperative faculty. Teachers are very gentle and kind, except for some teachers.
Other: I chose Maths Honors as I am pretty good at Maths in my school time.

Why Dyal Singh deserves a spot on your DU list.
Placements: Placements are good for the commerce related job profiles while it is not so good for the other courses. The highest package is above 15 LPA, average is 5 LPA, and the lowest would be 2 LPA - 3 LPA. Top roles offered are HR intern, consultant, data entry, etc. College has a dedicated placement cell which brings companies to the campus and also conducts internships and placement fairs.
Infrastructure: College has a dedicated lab for computer science students with good Wi-Fi connection. Classrooms are also good with projector support. It has a library with AC where you can find all the course books and other books too. Canteen is also well-maintained with variety of food items at reasonable price. There are sports teams for all the famous sports like cricket, basketball, volleyball, kabaddi, football, etc.
Faculty: Faculty members of the college are highly qualified. Many of them have completed their Ph.D, and also published multiple research papers in various fields. They are highly supportive and reachable. The semester exams are conducted within the college. The difficulty level is moderate like you could easily score above 7 GPA by studying 1 week before.
Other: I chose the college because it is one of the best colleges for computer science in DU after Hansraj, ARSD. The fee structure is also very less which supports students from every aspect. Various cultural fests are conducted throughout the year on the department level, and also Priyadarshini College's annual fest is conducted once a year. The campus is full of greenery with a very high profile, and easily accessible location. The students are also very good. Scholarships are also provided to needy students by applying for them.

The college is average because of its infrastructure.
Placements: No students got placed from my course, and there is no package offered in my course. There are no companies recruiting students from my course. Only 10% of students got internships from my course, and there are no top roles offered in my course.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are available, but there is no AC in the classrooms, and only labs have AC. There is no hostel facility available in my college. The sports, medical facility, and canteen are average. The quality of food in the canteen is very poor. There is no game period in college.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified and helpful. The course curriculum is relevant, but it doesn't make students industry-ready. The semester exams are less difficult, and the pass percentage is 33%. The exam conduct is fair. Students easily prepare for semester exams from PyQs.
Other: I chose this course because I want to take geography as an optional subject in UPSC. The course is more practical than theoretical, so focus on practical. The surroundings, scholarship, crowd, connectivity, and fest are very good.

Review of Dyal Singh College, University of Delhi.
Placements: The placement cell of Dyal Singh College is highly active and attracts various MNCs, even the Big 4, for the campus placement program. Nearly 70-75% of students get placed by the college. The highest package for B.Com was 36 LPA, and the average package is 5 LPA. Companies like Deloitte, EY, Cars24, Kotak Bank, ICICI Bank, and many more come to the campus for hiring students. Also, the placement cell of the college conducted an internship fair; last year, the highest stipend was 40,000.
Infrastructure: As we are also aware, Delhi University is a really old university; that's why the infrastructure is not as developed as private colleges, but we can say that the infrastructure is moderate and under development. Dyal Singh College is the largest college of Delhi University in terms of area covered. There are different labs with proper Wi-Fi connections and air conditioning, whereas the classrooms don't have air conditioning. The rest are beautiful gardens and hangout spots in the college.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are really hardworking and the best at their jobs. They are well qualified and have really good teaching skills. We can give them a straight 5-star. The curriculum of the course provides deeper knowledge about the subjects, and also in our lab classes, we were taught about Tally, Excel, and different accounting software; this varies semester-wise. Exams are conducted very smoothly, ensuring that there are no unfair means practiced during the exams, the exam level remains between moderate and difficult, and the pass percentage is always above 90%.
Other: We all know about the vibrant culture of Delhi University, its societies, fests, extracurricular activities, and different events. In February and March, there is a festival time; different colleges organize their annual fest in the same way. Dyal Singh College also has its annual fest. Rajnigandha and all the other societies also organize their fests, like Communique, Fynamics, Umang, and many more.

More than average, still better than other courses in college.
Placements: 35 to 40% get placement from the placement cell or an external platform. Top companies are EY, Deloitte, Wipro, and ZS Associates. Highest package is 6 LPA, lowest package is 4 LPA. 40% to 45% student gets an internship during course. Top roles are Business Analyst, Research Analyst, Financial Analyst, Audit association, and RBI officer.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure for students, many come from different parts of the country to study. Teachers are well-educated and experienced. Canteen food is okay, not much good, but it works, some foods like dosa and French fries are very tasty. Our college doesn't have a hostel facility.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful. They helped all the time, whenever I had a doubt, they solved it. They also have personal attention to me for my studies. Course is only relevant to those who have studied economics in the 11th and 12th grades, it mainly prepares students perfect for the economics field. Semester examinations were tougher than I thought, and it was also from our past years, with a minimum 40% passing criteria.
Other: I chose this course because I liked economics in class 12th. I want the department to hire a new teacher now. Events and fests are fewer in our college.

The college is good with good placements and metro-to-college connectivity.
Placements: I am doing a B.Sc. Hons computer science. In my course, there are 60 more than 60 students. The highest package in my course goes up to like 20 LPA. Most of the teaching companies recruit from our department. Many of the students from my course get internships in the internship fair because of their teaching knowledge.
Infrastructure: Overall infrastructure of the morning campus is fine not that good but the computer department has its building like a block and its infrastructure is good. Classrooms are fine and labs are good. Has Wi-Fi and better systems. Dyal Singh College has no hostel facility. The canteen food is average not that good but the price is affordable.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and highly qualified in terms of their knowledge related to the course. The course curriculum of computer science department doesn't make enough sense to make students industry-ready. Semester exams are not that hard if you study well about the course and the subject.
Other: I chose this course Computer Science Hons because I want to do something related to technology. If you want to do something specific in your life do something similar to that. Societies of our college are the best good crowd like it helps you to connect with other people in the college. College-to-metro connectivity is one of the things I like about my college. Infrastructure can be improved.
