Best college in Delhi with great facilities, connectivity, and joyful memories.
Placements: To get admission to this college, you needed 80 percent marks. The course fee depended on the specific course you wished to pursue. The fees ranged from Rs. 6,000 up to Rs. 28,000. After completing college, various placement companies visited the campus to offer jobs to students based on their academic performance. These included both national and multinational companies.
Infrastructure: With free Wi-Fi, free laptops, and smart classrooms available on campus, I didn't face any issues.
Faculty: The college teachers were extremely polite. They were highly knowledgeable and held excellent views. This was because many teachers came to teach students there after completing their training and coursework at BHU and JNU. They held very high ideals. I had to secure at least 45% marks to pass.
Other: I chose a History Honors course during my college days because I had a keen interest in history. I was very curious to learn about my own history as well as that of the entire country. Many other excellent lectures were also held within the college as part of smart class events. I did the History Honors course at Dayal Singh College. This proved to be very good for me. I used it to learn many of my history subjects. There were many course options available at the college, such as BA, BCom, and BSc, as well as Honors courses in English, Hindi, and Political Science.

I was quite satisfied with my college life. Spacious campus with good infrastructure.
Placements: Most of the students went on to pursue higher studies because my course was a generic one. It doesn't attract so many placements but some students went on to work for some companies. Some of the students in technical courses got their placements.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was decent. There was a good library and spacious classrooms. Sports facilities were also there, where coaches used to teach the players skills and discipline. Dedicated labs were there for every course where teachers imparted practical knowledge to the students.
Faculty: Teachers were good at teaching and were well-qualified. They helped in extracurricular activities as well. Semester exams were a bit on the tougher side but I went on to get 7.65 CGPA. Teachers taught us the books which not only helped us in college exams but also helped us after that as well.
Other: I took up B.A. because I was planning to write UPSC CSE and some of the syllabus coincides with my course. The crowd was good but no big events happened.

Review of Dyal Singh College life.
Placements: I completed my 4th year, but to be honest, I did not get any placement. There is no scope for placement in my college, and if someone is looking to get employed right after graduating, then I don't suggest you join. In the meantime, you can focus on your skills and look for placement outside of the college, but the placement cell of Dyal Singh is not very active, it provides some internships which you can enroll in through the placement cell only.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Dyal Singh College is good, and I like it. You can roam around with friends, and it is not restrictive, it is quite big and open. We also have so many grounds and playgrounds to play on, and just play UNO it is the best part of college life. The buildings are not very aesthetically pleasing they've got cement all over them.
Faculty: My course faculty is very nice and supportive throughout, but when I did my fourth year, no proper guidance was provided to me, so if you are planning to do your fourth year in Dyal Singh College, then I would not recommend it because you are the only one who is in charge of your thesis. Faculty is not very active with you all the way. In the first three years, the faculty is nice and supportive and guides you thoroughly throughout.
Other: Overall, it is a nice college, and it has a good rating as well.

Review of Dyal Singh College.
Placements: I am in B.Com (Hons), and it doesn't have very good placements or companies coming to campus. If your goal is to be employed after graduation, then this college isn't the right one for you, there are numerous job fairs and off-campus placements you can get by hustling outside of the college. Just relying on campus placements isn't good.
Infrastructure: Dyal Singh College doesn't have a hostel facility, but the infrastructure is quite nice. It's fun to hang out in the winters, especially with friends in the garden and grounds. It also has an NCC ground which is under construction right now. Apart from that, it has a basketball court, a butterfly garden, and a football court as well. The building is also good and spacious, but the bathrooms are kind of unhygienic.
Faculty: I'm in B.Com (Hons), so I can only tell about my course. The faculty is good, some are laid back, but most of them are helpful. Just remember you can't fully rely on college faculty and always have to study at home by yourself. The course isn't very hard you can easily get passing marks by studying 1-2 weeks before the exams. If you want to get good marks, you should study a month before or so.
Other: The annual fest happened this year, in fact, two happened. This is a benefit of evening college. There are two fests every year, one for the morning and one for the evening. The fest is so cool and fun. This year it also has Sufi night and DJ night, so it's quite nice to enjoy with your friends.

Welcome to Dyal Singh College.
Placements: Almost the placement percentage in my course is zero. No one really hires anyone. Students generally opt for higher education or choose work in which they are personally skilled. If talking about the whole college, the highest package is 26-28 LPA, and the average package is 4-5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not really good. Wi-Fi is available, and labs are there, but they are pointless. The classroom conditions are alright, neither good nor bad. The canteen is affordable and clean for the price. There is no hostel in Dyal Singh College. Sports and games are actively played by everyone. NCC is really active.
Faculty: Teachers are not helpful at all. They are qualified and knowledgeable, but they do not understand the problems faced by us. Semester exams are easy to crack. 70-75% of students pass without any backlogs. Extracurricular activities do not really happen in my course, but there are a lot of student-owned societies that conduct extracurricular activities.
Other: I think this is a good course until I really start studying it. Scholarships are given to students who need financial aid. To improve my course, teachers should focus more on practical situations.

Review of Dyal Singh College, University of Delhi.
Placements: Hardly anyone gets placed. Most B.A. Program students prepare for UPSC, and no one hires B.A. students through the placement cell. Students can look for jobs through their own skills, but not through the placement cell. Most of the students who get placed are from B.Com or Economics (Hons.).
Infrastructure: The biggest misconception is that Dyal Singh College does not offer any hostel facilities. The canteen food is cheap and affordable, but apart from that, the classroom conditions are not really good. The paint is scraped off the walls, and a few months back, the ceiling broke down.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, but not everyone. They still follow old-style teaching. Some teachers actually say, keep your phones in your bag, or I'll throw them out of the window. Semester exams are easier than they seem. You just need to study for 8 hours before the exam and can easily score good marks.
Other: I am not really fond of the events. The first-ever fest happened last year, and before that, no fest really happened. Scholarships are provided only to students receiving financial aid.
