Review of Engineering College, Ajmer.
Placements: Approximately 15% of students are placed in our branch. The highest salary package offered is around 6 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Binning Cement and Ambuja Cement. Internships are compulsory for everyone, so almost all students get them. A post of quality engineer is offered.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average. Not many facilities are provided on the college campus. Wi-Fi is available only in labs and the library. There is only a girls' hostel in the college. The canteen was active before COVID. No canteen facility is available right now.
Faculty: Faculty members are average. There are some good faculty members, but others lack interest in teaching. The course is according to Bikaner Technical University. Semester exams are not very difficult. But because of the teaching quality, the pass percentage is around 60%.
Other: I chose this course because it has a focus on government services. This college has a good percentage of students getting selected for government services. If the campus area is utilised properly and some extra facilities are provided, there can be space for a good campus life. Events are not organised on campus. There is only one cultural festival per year. Government scholarships are easy to get here since all information is provided.
