Good college for an average student.

Placements: In my course, normally students choose government field so placement is less in this branch, but average package is INR 6-7 Lacs . Students are getting internship facilities in college. Some branches have good placements. Students are getting off campus placements as well.

Infrastructure: College has 4 hostels for boys and 2 hostels for girls. Boys hostels are in campus and girls hostels are out of campus with a bus facility. Infrastructure is good. All department have individual buildings. Sports ground for all sports in campus is available. Campus has a good drainage system.

Faculty: Faculty members are good, well educated and almost all the teachers are Ph.D. holders with good education background. Exams are not too difficult. Passing marks are 40 percent in external and same for internal. There are 2 internal exams and one semester end exam.

Our college is not worth the money paid.

Placements: No one from our batch got placed in any company because there are no placements in our branch. All students give their best, but our college is underrated, and no company approaches our college.

Infrastructure: Labs are available in our college but are not up to date. There is no Wi-Fi in our college. The hostel is normal. The mess is good. For sports, there is no ground or club.

Faculty: There is only one permanent faculty member, and all others are on a contract basis and not experienced. They are not aware of the industry demand. They teach us theory only and not practical. Semester exams are not much difficult, but some students got back, but it is normal. The pass percentage is good. There is no relevance to exams because there is no research and training.

Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in engineering. This college is near to my town, so I chose this college. After getting admission to this college, I realise that it is not worth the money paid. Our college should change the management. Our college conducts events and fests. Our college is situated in an industrial area. Surroundings are not good. Our college provides scholarships, but it is not worth the money paid. There are no extracurricular activities in our college.

This college is good but needs to be improved.

Placements: The percent of placement is 25% and Average pacege is between 6 to 8 Lacs. There are companies like Infosys and others which give placement and the training and placement department works properly for the betterment of students but to get direct placement from the college is hard.

Infrastructure: Hostels are not good but now the administration trying to improve. They are working on the cleanliness and infrastructure of the hostel and even they constructing hostel for girls. Also the sports authority is improving the courts and stadium for better .

Faculty: Faculty is a very good very qualified and their contribution of college is good. They are dedicated towards their work.

College offers great placements and has clean and green surroundings.

Placements: The lowest package offered last year was 2 lakhs per annum and the highest package was 15 lakhs per annum. Bosch and Tata are the top recruiting companies for my course. 20-30 percent students got internship from the college.

Infrastructure: The hostel is located at a very decent place with hundreds of trees and plants which make the environment clean and green. The infrastructure and building of my hostel is quite good and the facilities like light and water are available 24 hours regularly. Food is also delicious and compared to other hostel's food it is quite good.

Faculty: All the teachers in my college are well qualified and post graduated from top institutions like IIMs and IITs. They have a good knowledge of how to make students understand concepts properly. They make sure that most students have a good command and deep knowledge about the subject. Semester exams are quite moderate.

Other: I chose this course because to gain in-depth knowledge of the engineering field and grab a decent job with a good salary package. College fest and events are very exciting and fun. The road connectivity to the main city is quite good.

Placements: In short don't hope for placement here. Civil have strength 63 in each year. So I think 1 or 2 person gets selected in company. But here company also don't come. Rarely they come but take other branches like Mechanical, electronics and computer Science. The companies which comes gives poor placement. So it's worthless to go with that company So overall No placement is there for civil. If you will ask any senior for placement in civil, they will make joke of you So the only option is to crack GATE. Crack the GATE and make your destiny come true.

Infrastructure: See let me clear that there are two Engineering college in Bikaner separated by 100 m. they both look same. You can say that they are like brothers. One is ecb college and other CET college So talking about infrastructure CET college has little good than ECB Bikaner. ECB has only 1 floor only. The area occupied is very much large. The infrastructure is normal. Some rooms need to be in good condition. Auditorium is not there. But still it's okay.

Faculty: I am in first year and topper of my class, so I will write my experience according to my point of view. The main problem here is that some don't want to teach students with full dedication. They don't give us a practical concept of subjects. One of my mechanics lecturer teach less and give selected questions that will give in exam.

Other: The main and the latest update about this college is that It is converting into University. Now it's officially a University. One another college CET college which is just beside this college will combine to form a university. So now the infrastructure will improve, good faculty's will come. So the good things may start after becoming University.
