Poor placements and below-average facilities.
Placements: The placement situation is weak. Only a small percentage of students actually get placed, and most of the packages are very low. Companies coming here are mostly training or internship-oriented and not real placement offers. Very few students get internships, and those are mostly unpaid. The roles are usually basic support or trainee roles. Seriously, the campus placement culture is negligible, and the students more often rely on off-campus opportunities. The placements are disappointing.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average and, at times, below average. Computer labs are there, but the machinery is old and runs slowly during peak times. The Wi-Fi network is unreliable for learning. Hostel facilities and food are average, but the rooms are not maintained properly. Mess food is almost monotonous and is neither of very good taste nor quality. The sports and medical facilities are below average. The campus requires enhancement and proper maintenance for the benefit of the students.
Faculty: All faculty members are tempting to teach. The teaching is consistent, though. Few faculty members are knowledgeable and willing to help students outside of class. The curriculum is outdated and does not meet current demands from industry professionals. Semester exams are easy to pass with minimal effort, even if you have never before attended such a class. Students end up with this form of training or educational programme with minimal direct experience with industry knowledge or skill levels.
Other: The reason for choosing the course CSE is on the upswing, but the college could have done a whole lot better. The bright side would be the minimal number of teachers who were scared and showed interest. The amount of change that is needed can be huge, including placements, industry tie-ups, upgraded labs, and improved hostels. The overall cost for the programme is about Rs. 2,20,000 to Rs. 2,60,000. Based on the experience, this college is not a good option for those seeking placements and industry exposure.

Average college with decent facilities but limited placement opportunities.
Placements: I am from B. Tech CSE (the 2023–2027 CSE batch). Placements in our college are average. Around 40–50 percent of students get placed. Packages are mostly low to average. The highest package is around 4–5 LPA (for very few students). The average package is about 2–2.5 LPA, and the lowest package is around 1.5 LPA. The companies that come are mostly service-based and small companies. Internship support from the college is limited, so many students search for internships on their own. The roles offered are mostly trainee or junior-level positions.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is decent but not great. Classrooms are okay. Wi-Fi is available but sometimes slow. Labs are usable, but the systems are not very new. The library is average and sufficient for exam preparation. Hostel facilities are average. Rooms are manageable, but cleanliness can be improved. Mess food is okay, sometimes good and sometimes not. Medical and sports facilities are basic.
Faculty: Faculty quality is mixed. Some teachers are helpful and explain well, while others just complete the syllabus. Teaching is mostly theory-based. The curriculum follows the university syllabus and is partially relevant to industry. Students need to do extra learning to be job-ready. Exams are moderate, and the pass percentage is around 75–80 percent.
Other: I chose this course due to my interest in computers. The best part is that the college gives enough time for self-study. However, improvements are needed in placements, lab facilities, and practical exposure.

Decent college with supportive staff and good learning atmosphere.
Placements: I am from the CSE batch. In our year, around 60 percent of students got placed. The highest package is close to 7–8 LPA, and the average is around 3–4 LPA. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra and a few startups visited. Internships were limited, but some students received them through faculty support. Most job roles offered are software trainee, support engineer and testing.
Infrastructure: Our department had good Wi-Fi, functional computer labs, decent classrooms and a helpful library. The campus is calm and clean. Hostel facilities are average but manageable. Rooms are fine, and the mess food was okay, though not very tasty. Sports facilities like cricket, volleyball and indoor games are available. Overall, the infrastructure supported us well.
Faculty: Most teachers are supportive and explained topics clearly. The curriculum followed JNTU, so it covered important fundamentals, though it could include more industry-based subjects. Exams are moderate if you study regularly, and passing is not difficult. Internal tests helped in preparation.
Other: I chose CSE because I liked coding and wanted to grow in the tech field. The best part of the course is the lab support and project work. I wish the college had provided more industry workshops and hands-on sessions. Scholarships are available for eligible students, which helped many.

A college with good infrastructure and affordable fees.
Placements: Around 35 out of 800 students got placed. Only two companies offered placements for CSE students in the non-IT sector. The salary offered is less than Rs. 20,000 per month. Talking about internships, it is like a lecture and we have to pay for it.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and environment are very good. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and the library are good. The hostel food and facilities are very good. Sports and games are available. Our college conducts tournaments like cricket, football, and others.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable but not that much qualified. Their teaching quality is not up to the mark. The course is very helpful and makes students industry-ready as it has many standards. Semester exams are very easy. The pass percentage is average.

Overall, it is a good college. Our college is mainly worth the money.
Placements: Nearly 60% of the students get placements from our college. Students will get the lowest salary package of 3.0 LPA. Automobile engineering course is special in our college. Companies like HCL, etc., will visit our college and offer placements for students.
Infrastructure: Our college has a free Wi-Fi facility with a limit per student.
Faculty: Our college has good faculty members. Automobile engineering is a special course in our college.

Overall, our college is superb.
Placements: Placements are nice in our college, and TPO sir is very talented. TPO sir tries to invite many companies to college every year for placements, so he does more work for students from 2nd year onwards. Campus recruitment classes are conducted every year, so I really appreciate our college principal sir.
Infrastructure: The hostel is average, but the cleanliness maintained is good. Food facilities are also good, and wardens are friendly in nature. Wi-Fi facilities are available, and there are separate boys and girls hostels. The food served in the hostel is nice. Our college provides classrooms, digital classrooms and also a playground.
Faculty: Faculty members here have the knowledge to improve us, and they support all of us to get into good communities. They are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. They have good knowledge and explain the topics clearly.
Other: I have chosen the CSE branch because it is good. This is the only college in which AME branch is available in the entire Andhra Pradesh.

Overall, our college is good with good infrastructure and experienced faculty members.
Placements: Placements in our college are good. The placements are very less during my tenure, but our seniors got very good placements. Accenture, Justdial, HCL and many more companies visited our college for placements. There is a placement cell in our college. We have a placement officer and a placement coordinator. They guide us for the placements and give information regarding the companies that visit our college. The salaries offered by companies are around Rs. 15,000 per month to Rs. 20,000 per month. The roles they offer are of a software developer and related to voice and non-voice, etc. But our college does not provide internships. This is one of the drawbacks of our college. But apart from that, everything is good.
Infrastructure: Our college has a good infrastructure. There is Wi-Fi facility provided. Classrooms are good, and labs have good equipment. The library contains books related to all branches, and it's good. Also, the college provides medical facilities. Our college conducts blood donation and eye check-up camps every year Our college has a very big playground. Various tournaments like cricket, throwball, etc., are conducted in our college. Inter-college cricket competition is also conducted. There is a canteen in our college, and the quality of the food served is better. I don't have any idea about the hostel because I stay with my parents and the college is near to my house. I have not faced any problems regarding the infrastructure during my tenure at the college.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are good. They are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is good. They use normal teaching methods and digital classes to explain some concepts. The strength of teachers and students in our college is good. No industry exposure is provided by our college, and it is another drawback of the college. The course curriculum is useful to us.
Other: Our college conducts different kinds of events like a feast, anniversaries, and women's day, and we also celebrate different kinds of festivals and birthdays of different scientists.

Infrastructure is decent, but the overly strict rules are annoying.
Placements: The highest package they claim is around 8 LPA-10 LPA, but that is very rare. The average package is usually between 3 LPA and 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, and some small start-ups. Core branches like Mechanical and Civil struggle a bit more for campus placements. We are mostly told to learn coding on our own if we want a good job. Internships are not provided by the college, we have to pay for and do them outside or find online internships on our own.
Infrastructure: Labs are available, but some systems are old and slow. Wi-Fi is there, but the speed is often very poor. The library is good and quiet for studying. I have friends in the hostel, and they say it is manageable. The rooms are shared by 3-4 people. The biggest complaint is that the food is repetitive and sometimes not very tasty. The water facility is okay. There is a canteen, but it is a bit small.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified. Teaching quality is average. The curriculum follows the university syllabus and is useful for the basics. Semester exams are moderate, and the pass percentage is around 75 percent. The curriculum is affiliated with JNTU Kakinada (JNTUK), so it is standard but feels a bit outdated for the current software industry. It doesn't make us fully industry-ready. Semester exams are conducted strictly. The pass percentage is average. If you study the all-in-one books a week before exams, you can pass.
Other: Events happen once or twice a year (Freshers and Farewell), which are fun. The campus is located a bit away from the main town of Narasaraopet, so it is peaceful, but traveling takes time. The bus facility is good, but crowded.
