The college has good placements and infrastructure.

Placements: Placements here are pretty good. Almost all the students in CS and IT branches get placed. The highest salary package offered is around 12-15 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is around 3 LPA. The average salary package offered is around 5 LPA. Top recruiters here are TCS, Wipro, Bharti Airtel, Infosys. In our course, i.e., B.Tech in IT, you will get to learn about programming and all that usual stuff, but the plus points here are that various workshops, seminars are organised for the complete development and learning of students. Getting internships is not a difficult task here as its NCR region, and you will get plenty of opportunities.

Infrastructure: The library here is quite good. Labs are also well-equipped. The library and labs are Wi-Fi enabled. The hostel facility is also available. Rooms are decent, not very spacious, and you get 2, 3, 4 seater options. The mess food is average, not what you all will like.

Faculty: All the teachers here are well qualified and knowledgeable. They all are very helpful, and overall teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is good, and it's regularly updated as it is affiliated to AKTU. The course curriculum is very good. The overall approach of the curriculum and teachers is to make students industry-ready so that they can perform exceptionally well in the real world.

It is an awesome college. I had the best time and also learnt a lot.

Placements: Placements are very good for CS and IT branches and are average for other branches. I am in 4th year, and 80-90% of my classmates got placed till now. The average salary package offered is around 3.50 LPA, the highest is 8 LPA, and the lowest is around 2 LPA for our batch. Mostly IT companies and a few management companies visit our college. Roles are offered in technical, management and sales domains. Around 10-20% of the students got internships from college, and others got from online websites mostly. The average stipend offered during the internship is Rs 10,000 per month. We have a placement cell in college, and it is very efficient and useful. It keeps us updated by sending emails about all the placement activities going on and the companies that are visiting the college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. The campus has well-equipped labs, classrooms, library, medical facilities, games and sports ground and equipment. Wi-Fi facility is not available for students on campus. Labs and classrooms are very good and have everything of good quality. We have a canteen, and the food provided is good. Hostel rooms are not good. But overall, it is worth the money and I have not faced any problem with the infrastructure except the Wi-Fi facility.

Faculty: Mostly, teachers are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching methods are specific, but they make use of proper resources to make us learn. The faculty to student ratio is 1:60. We get industry exposure through regular industrial visits arranged by the college.

Other: A college fest and sports fest are conducted every year. Each department organises its own fest. We get a good learning atmosphere in the college. The campus is near to Pari Chowk and located on Greater Noida Highway. Metro station is present just outside the campus. The accounts office informs students about UP government scholarship schemes and helps them fill their forms.

The review of Galgotias College of Engineering.

Placements: The placements on the campus were good, and even now we get information about recruitments. A lot of companies visit the campus for recruitment like Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Infosys, and much more. Almost 90% of my classmates got placed on the campus placements. The companies send email to students about the walk-in interviews.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure on the campus is good. The buildings on the campus are well-built, and the classrooms are good. Washrooms require little maintenance, and apart from that, all the facilities in the college are really good. The canteen in the college is average. The playground at our college is big, and it is majorly known for CS, IT, and EC students. If you are from any of the above branches, then you can use it.

Faculty: The faculty members on the campus are good and have in-depth knowledge in their field. All the faculty members are post-graduated and have high experience in teaching. The project in the final year is a bit tough for students, and else everything is very easy. You can easily get distinction by studying through quantum.

Other: The fest that is organised on the campus is good.

The college is worth the time and money because of placements.

Placements: The college provides good and decent placements every year. Software giants like Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, etc. come for campus placements and offer jobs to students with packages ranging from 3.32 to 10 lacs per annum as per the previous year's statistics. At present, Galgotias college is the number 1 college in NCR in terms of placements and opportunities.

Infrastructure: The college has a good infrastructure spread over 20 acres of land with gardens and fountains. Different departments are situated in different areas in the college. The library holds a lot of books on subjects of interest along with a good number of competitive books. There are in-campus girls and boys hostels. The labs are well-equipped. The CS/IT classrooms are equipped with AC, and there are 3-4 computer labs. The canteen holds 7-8 shops that offer good food and refreshments. One can see the infrastructure of the college on YouTube.

Faculty: The teachers here are highly qualified with PhDs, and nearly all of them are doing research in their respective subjects. They are highly dedicated to their students and offer as much as help possible. Teaching on projector begins from the second year onwards. The faculty to student ratio is 1:20. The course curriculum is essential.

Other: Every year a lot of events and fests take place in the respective clubs with certificates and prize money. The campus is located in the technical hub area of NCR with exposure to industries and life. The college holds a lot of internship programmes in different companies every year.

Interesting college life with good placements.

Placements: Placements are very good in our college and for our batch it is also very good. About 80%of student got placements. The highest package is 20 Lacs and the lowest package is 3 Lacs. Amazon, Cognizant, Infosys, Accenture etc. About 20-30% got internship. Overall good college placement.

Infrastructure: Our college has mainly 5- blocks. The campus is fully Wi-Fi and the labs are very well maintained. Classrooms are of medium size but do not have AC. Block A has medical facilities and a van is available for immediate action. Mess is not good but hostel rooms are good.

Faculty: Teachers behave in well mannered form. They are also very polite to us. Most of the teachers have done Ph.D. and are well qualified. Teachers to student ratio is about 1:20. They totally express themselves in the way thet students understand things properly. Yes I got the industry exposure.

Other: There are about 20-30 clubs in our college. Best of them are Athiran, music and sponsorship club. Events are also held by the clubs. Campus crowd is very good. Grounds are made for every sports. Scholarship are provided by AKTU. Some extracurricular also performed.

Satisfied with whatever this institution has given us.

Placements: The placements have been comparatively good than other colleges in the region. The average salary went up this year to about 4 lacs, the highest being around 8-9 lacs. Almost every student satisfying the eligibility criteria was placed ( atleast CS and IT branch). There is a placement cell which guides you well.

Infrastructure: The campus is a lush green campus with a good library including digital library and there is a medical room for minor assistance. The sports facilities are very good and sporting environment is the best around worth lots of support from the management. Labs are good and food quality is good too. Hostel is good.

Faculty: The faculty members are highly qualified and helpful. The teaching quality is good overall with obviously some faculty members who are not very good. The teacher to student ratio is proportionate and industry exposure is given by organising industrial trips for students. The course curriculum is useful with little dissapointment being lack of much practical implementation based learning.

Other: The campus is lively with many club events and extra curricular events by clubs, departments and event companies being held regularly. Surroundings of campus are good with a better croud compared to other institutes in the region.

Placements: The college provides 100% placements. The students get their salary packages according to their abilities, but the college provides all the facilities for placements. The placements for the students of CS and IT are excellent compared to other branches. The average package offered is 3-4 LPA, and the highest package offered is 14 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. The campus is full of greenery, and it is well-maintained. The library is fully air-conditioned, and books are also more than sufficient compared to other colleges. At some places, Wi-Fi is not available. College is fully managed and maintained by the faculty. Labs are also good.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful to the students. They are highly qualified and also knowledgeable. They try their best for students. The college also organises industry visits to different places. The course curriculum was very useful to the students during their exams.

Other: The college organises many fests and events. The college provides scholarships to the students. The connectivity is good. Overall, Galgotia college is excellent.

Not the best college, but education given is good. The placements are satisfactory.

Placements: The placements are just fine as long as you maintain required percentage criteria. Companies which come to my college demand for the different percentage like if the student has 75% or above aggregate can attend every company placement activity. The students with 70 %, 65%, 60% are also eligible for various companies which have these eligibility criteria. The highest salary offered is 4-5 LPA, but it depends on the student skills. The average salary offered is 3-3.5 LPA. The companies visiting our college are Infosys, techmahindra, Wipro, cognizant, and various reputed companies as well. The students are offered with different job profiles like software developer and software tester. About 60% of students got internships at the college. The average stipend offered during the internship is about Rs.10000-15,000. The placements are very much useful as we could know the way we see.

Infrastructure: Our college has provided various labs for different branches. Practical knowledge is provided in that labs. We have DAA, DBMS, Computer network, PPl. Every major subject has its own dedicated lab. There is a canteen area at our college. The quality of food is good. We get everything from the canteen to eat. The hostel rooms are also good. Both AC, non-AC boys hostel and girls hostels are separated. We faced various infrastructure related issues during our tenure in the college. Sometimes AC will not work in our class, or one of the computers might not be working in a lab. These things are sorted out well by the faculty members who are there to see those errors.

Faculty: The teachers in our college are helpful. There are well-qualified teachers in my branch. The teachers are well trained in their respective subject they are teaching. Both manual and non-manual methods are used for teaching. We have whiteboards and projectors, so the teacher could give lectures and demonstrate what we are supposed to be taught. The presentations give a better idea of what we are studying. The faculty-student ratio is 1:30. I have been on a technical visit to two major companies like Franciscan and Infosys-Chandigarh. The industrial exposure is given to all the students so that they can understand what lies ahead. From time to time, various companies visit and give lectures about what is going around the world and what the corporate sector needs and what are the various technologies they are working on and where we should focus our attention. These sessions are held at work auditorium guided by our HOD. The course curriculum was somewhat helpful but not that much useful for our knowledge as we are studying outdated technologies. The university should pay attention so that we could learn about new technologies as well.

Other: Our college has various clubs in various fields. We have sports club, dance club, Music club, astronomy club, various coding clubs. For IT and CS students, there are clubs like loop club, gaming club. Every year, there is an annual fest. Every department of our college held separate fest every year for their respective branch. Various events are also held for major causes. Recently, we undertook candle March for the protection and rights of farmers. All the college students have an NGO called Wings. This particular NGO helps the poor and needy students. The students go and take the basic things required to teach the poor students. The campus is surrounded by greenery. There is nothing much, but it's a good sight. The scholarship is also provided for the needy student those who can't afford the college fees.
