Good to do B.Tech, if you want to do something on your own, then it's perfect.

Placements: 10% get placed in my course. The highest package is 30 LPA, the average is 3 LPA, and the lowest is 1.80 LPA. TCS, Deloitte, and HCL recruit. 2% got internships. Software developed top role. From some companies, this college is blacklisted. From foreign universities, it's happened that you can't apply for further studies.

Infrastructure: 1st year infrastructure is good, but from there, it's average infrastructure. Get Wi-Fi, labs, a classroom, good library. In the hostel, the food is not good, same 1st year get good, but then it's the worst. You can't choose electives subject by your own, the college have forced to join them.

Faculty: Teachers have knowledge of the course curriculum, but not industry experience. The course curriculum is not relevant. Semester exams are not too hard, it's easy. Some subjects you have to study more till 3rd year, as AKTU curriculum is outdated and can't get much.

Other: I don't get into computer Science so I have to get in IT department of this college, which is very good among all others. Fest doesn't happen, you can get a scholarship, and the campus crowd is mainly UP and Bihar.

The faculty is good, as well as the campus.

Placements: I think 40% to 50% of students got placed from our course. In my college, the highest package offered in IT field is 13 LPA and the lowest is 1.2 LPA. The recruiting companies like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, HCL Tech, Motherson Technology, Accenture, Infosys, etc.

Infrastructure: Faculty and infrastructure are good. Also, the lab and library are as well as the facilities. But Wi-Fi is not available for students. The facilities of the hostels are good, as well as the classroom facilities. But I don't like mess and canteen because no good food available and the quality is not good.

Faculty: Teachers in this college are generally qualified and knowledgeable in their respective subjects. Also, the teachers are well-qualified in terms of teaching quality and are understandable in our language. Most of them are approachable and supportive, which helps students understand difficult topics.

Infrastructure is good, not too good, but teachers are humble towards students.

Placements: The highest package in 2020 was 35 lakhs, while the average package is around 10 lakhs. The lowest package is expected to be 5 lakhs per annum. Top recruitment companies include TCS, IBM, Accenture, QSpider, and many others. In 2023, 400 students were hired, and in 2022, approximately 500 students were hired. The average package is projected to be 25 lakhs.

Infrastructure: Classrooms for first-year students are excellent, featuring AC, the best faculty members, and improved laboratories. Labs have all the necessary facilities and are well-maintained. Digital panels are available for teaching, and Wi-Fi is significantly better. Hostels are available on the college campus; the hostel buildings are excellent, and the mess is clean with better food options in some buildings. There are 10 hostels on campus, and they are well-maintained with all the necessary facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are very kind, helpful, and approachable. They assist students at any time. Semester exams can be difficult if you are not well prepared. The teaching quality is excellent. The college is affiliated with AKTU University. Teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. The pass percentage in the semester exams is 95%, and you can pass the course with a minimum number of marks.

Other: The Information Technology branch is NBA-accredited in this college, and the facilities in this building are good. Many teaching events happen at this college every month. Scholarships are also available. The college campus is clean. The basketball court is available.

Average college, take admission only if no better college is available for you.

Placements: College claims 100% placements for the CSE branch but it is very low. The highest package is 35 LPA. The college claims the average package is 6 LPA in the CSE branch. Most of the companies come to hire students except for some big companies like Microsoft or Google. Companies like Infosys and Tata hire students for technical and sales departments both.

Infrastructure: The college has everything a technical college should have but the quality of infrastructure is just below average. Wi-Fi is not available for everyone. The library does not allow you if your classes are going on and you are in the 1st year. The mess has poor food. There is a medical room where a doctor sits every day. Sports and games are played like sports, fests, etc.

Faculty: The college is replacing faculty members and providing better faculty members for students. There are some bad faculty members and some good too as their teaching skills differ. Semester exams are not too difficult. If you are an average student, you can pass every exam. The pass percentage is 40% including theory and practical exams.

Other: I prefer CSE over any other courses as most students do. CSE provides most of the opportunities in the technical field. In this course, I think there should be more skillful subjects as many subjects are very old which usually do not help in jobs. There are regular events and fests in college. Every year, a couple of fests are held. Events are also regular. In the last two years, there has been a huge difference in the crowd of college. As admission increases, also courses increase. Many people come and study here. Scholarships are by the government for OBC and SC/ST category students.

The infrastructure is good. The college life is also very good in RKGIT.

Placements: Nearly 65-70% of students get placed in many companies. The highest package is 15 LPA. The average package is 6 LPA. The lowest package is 2.5 LPA. Talent Serve, TCS, Paytm, etc., are the top recruiting companies for our course. Internships are not good. Only a few students got internships, i.e., nearly 10-20%. The top roles offered are web developer and software engineer.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are good. In 1st year, classrooms have a smart panel and are fully air-conditioned. In 3rd year, only white and green boards are available. The lab is good for performing activities or experiments. The college has one central library and one reading room 24x7 and both have a Wi-Fi facility. The quality of the mess food is not good. A free gym facility is also provided to hostel students. The college has one basketball court, a volleyball court, and an indoor stadium. The college has one dispensary and doctors are available from 10 AM to 4 PM and it is free of cost.

Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful to students. They are also very well-qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. Exams are taken from time to time every month like sessional tests and weekly assignments. Exams are very helpful for maintaining a good CGPA and also for placements. Semester exams are taken by AKTU as our college is affiliated with it. The difficulty level of exams is moderate. The pass percentage is about 90%.

Other: I took admission in this course because the IT sector is increasing rapidly, and the demand for engineers who graduated from the IT branch is very high. College should increase the coding classes and also focus more on improving students communication skills. Many intra-college tech events are organised regularly in this college which is very helpful in making connections with our seniors and taking some useful tips. The college also provides scholarships to students who perform well in exams.
