IPEC is just average private college with small campus.
Placements: Only about 20 percent students get placement in tech roles with above 4 LPA, the rest are just placed in sales and remain unplaced. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, and Infosys. The highest package was 36 LPA, and 1 LPA was the lowest. About 5 percent of students got genuine paid internships.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is okay but not great, and labs are also okay. Classrooms are of medium size with capacity of holding 70 students. Hostel facilities are also okay; sometimes it gets worse, and we have to complain to the director to improve food quality. It has a basketball ground and a football ground.
Faculty: Teachers do not care about you if you are not good in studies. The course curriculum is outdated, but this is not the problem of Indraprastha Engineering College; it is the problem of AKTU. No, they do not make students industry ready. Semester exams are not tough, but checking of paper is very uneven. Some students get less than expected and vice versa.

About my college in a glimpse.
Placements: I graduated in 2024, and in recent years, the placement rate of our college has been declining. The same happened this year as well. In my class, there are a total of 51 students, out of which around 20-25 were placed. In my friend circle, we are a total of 7 friends, and none of us got any offer. The highest offer in our class was, I guess, 5 LPA. A friend of mine from the CSE branch got a package of 9 LPA. The highest package that I heard of was 13 LPA, and the average package will be around 3.5 LPA. This year, there was no TCS and no Infosys.
Infrastructure: Labs were good with proper AC, chairs, and tables, but the drawback was the computers; 30% of the PCs were broken. The classrooms were big with proper lighting and ventilation. The library was also good, though I visited there only twice or thrice in my college life. There were no sports and games in our college. I never got injured in college, so I don't know about the medical facilities. The canteen was something that I really liked as it was big and beautiful. I was not a hostel student, so I didn't know about the hostels and mess.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful and friendly. Almost all were Ph.D. qualified and quite knowledgeable. If talking about their teaching quality, it was neither good nor bad, just decent. The course curriculum was also very decent; it can make students industry-ready only if they pay 100% focus and determination. Semester exams were moderate, and the pass percentage was 30%.
Other: It was not my first choice; I desired CSE, but as I took late admission, I opted for IT. The best thing about my course was that I learned about the tech world, the internet, cyber security, and more.

Absolutely Satisfied of the College IPEC.
Placements: The placement offers that our college has gotten are pretty nice. However, placement depends on the skills of the students, so skilled students get very good offers from reputed companies in the campus placement drive itself. In addition, the institute offers a wide variety of internship programs and training for interested students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at IPEC is very nice, and everything on campus is well-maintained. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled, and the labs and classrooms are well-managed. All the necessary items are available in the labs for a better understanding of concepts and for practical knowledge.
Faculty: The faculty at this college are very nice. They are very helpful and always willing to help students learn and improve. They even offer extra classes for every subject to ensure that students understand the material. In addition, exams are conducted in college before the university exams, and there is a huge library where students can study at their own pace.
Other: I liked the campus and the college life. There are a lot of events held on a regular basis, almost every month. Some of the events are technical, such as hackathons. There are also cultural events, such as Dandiya eve, Diwali Carnival, and the biggest attraction of the college, the two-day Techno Cultural event called UDHBHAV.

Placements: I'm currently pursuing my B.Tech degree from Indraprastha Engineering College, so I don't have much knowledge about the placement sector, though I've heard about companies coming to this college like Infosys, Amazon, Wipro, TCS, and many more. Our college guarantees 90% placement of students.
Infrastructure: About infrastructure, I'd just say one thing: fabulous. Our labs, library, and classrooms are very student-friendly to us. They might face some net issues, but it's okay. Everything related to a course is available in our college. You can issue any book in college.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and every faculty member is very helpful and friendly in our college. They help us every time. Semester exams are pretty favourable. If you have studied and have knowledge about the subject, you can pass or even get good marks easily. Just need to score 21/70 to pass a subject.
Other: I just want to improvise my skills. Information technology provides a wide range of career options, and demand in this sector is very strong. Practical learning should be better in my course. Our college hosts many events monthly and DJ nights, so it's really great for the students to have such an enjoyable environment. Our college hosts many extracurricular activities related to sports and heckathons as well.

Absolutely satisfied with the college.
Placements: The placements are decent at IPEC. The placements is central for B.Tech. students and the selection is also based on the projects done. Some of the top companies are Havells, EY, Infosys, Unilever, etc. The placement rate is 70% for B.Tech. IT. Because the competition is there. The average package is 7 LPA .
Infrastructure: Almost all the facilities are readily available at IPEC. It has a good canteen and a huge playground. The labs are equipped with modern technology. The software versions in our systems are also updated regularly. The campus is Wi-Fi equipped and the classes are also air-conditioned.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful. But some of them are very strict too. However, they make understanding concepts really easy and fun. A lot of guest lectures also take place here. The passing percentage for the semester exams is around 80%. The course curriculum is also relevant.
