GVP College: Top placements, great faculty, safe campus, labs, Wi-Fi, and anti-ragging.

Placements: Students with scores above 9 and 8.5 points are placed. The lowest package is 2.5 LPA, the highest package is 5.0 LPA, and the average package is 3.0 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Wipro, Google, and MNCs. 70 percent of students are placed in companies. Top roles are in IT and Computer Science.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available with a high signal. Wi-Fi is available everywhere in my college. Labs are perfect, and every requirement is very good with excellent computer systems in my library. All textbooks are available, and related textbooks are also provided for free for a period of 15 days. Library has textbooks from its branches and all the record books.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in learning and teaching how to learning coding with easy tasks, and teachers give more motivation when I am low in coding or any other activities. Teachers are helpful in giving simple notes and if textbooks are tough in times. Semester exams are very difficult and it is autonomous, but invigilation is very strict. The pass percentage is 5.5.

It has good infrastructure and facilities. Placements are also very good here.

Placements: I am from Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering Visakhapatnam, in the branch of Information Technology (2021-2025) batch. From our batch, almost 70% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.36 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS and Infosys visit the college for placements. Only 10-15% of students got internships in companies like Zoho and Infosys. A software developer role is offered to students.

Infrastructure: We have labs and each student will have personal computers. Wi-Fi is also available in labs and classrooms. We have a very big library of 2 floors along with a digital library, which will be open from 8 AM to 7:30 PM. The hostel is very hygienic which I have never seen in any hostels. They will clean every day. The quality of the food is also good. It also has a playground, gym, indoor games, etc.

Faculty: Teaching quality is also good. We have highly qualified teachers, who are very supportive not only for their subject but also for placements. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. They arrange workshops, training, and technical events. Exams are of moderate difficulty level. Because of the support from faculty members, the pass percentage is almost 90-92%.

Placements: Overall, 70 percent of students will be placed. The highest package is 15 lpa, the lowest is 3 lpa, and the average is 5 lpa. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Cisco, and Tejas Network will visit our campus every year. In general, 80% is enough to make an internship or placement eligible.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is also available in college, classrooms are good, the library has good infrastructure and a digital library is also available. College content is also available but average-quality food is there. Sports and games are conducted frequently, and medical facilities are also there.

Faculty: Teaching is good qualified lecturers are available. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are just awesome. There is no regular semester fee for students. However, there is a supplementary fee of around 250 rupees. Lecturers were qualified with M.Tech., Ph.D., etc.

A honest review of GVP Visakhapatnam.

Placements: Almost 75% students were placed during the last year. The highest package offered last year was of 24 LPA the lowest was 2.75 LPA and the average package is 2.95 LPA. The top recruiting companies in our college are amazon, accenture, infosys, adobe and a few more product based and service based companies as well. More than 60% students got internships in startups and companies of our college alumni, few of them also got internships from online portals like internshaala. In our course few people are ceo and leads in various startups. Some are playing roles as managing leads at companies.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is neither good nor bad. All the labs are well maintained and all the relevant labs have a proper Wi-Fi and internet connectivity. The hostel food is entirely veg, and the same food is repeated every week. The hostel facilities are just okay nothing much good to talk about. All different types of sports such as basketball, football, table tennis and many other sports are played in our college.

Faculty: The faculty of our college is pretty good. They have good knowledge and command over the subjects they teach. Information technology is better than computer Science if you are looking to do a job in the IT industry as it includes courses like web development with django, etc. The exams are not that tough they can be tackled by moderate preparation.

Other: I chose this course because of the IT industry as my course is more relevant to it. And the syllabus is almost similar to that of computer Science branches. The college campus area is comparatively less. And the basketball court is not well maintained. There are very few fests in our college. The campus crowd is huge with good opportunities of networking. Our college supports all kinds of extracurricular activities of the students.

Faculty Excellence Drives Stellar placements at my college.

Placements: 80% of students were placed in our course. The highest package is 19 LPA, and the average package is 10 LPA offered in our course. Amazon, Tech Mahindra, and others are the top recruiters. 80% of students got internships from our course at some opportunities. Every student gets good placement.

Infrastructure: Yes, the facilities are really good, and many useful books are available in the libraries. The labs are also well-equipped. The institution has a sufficient number of classrooms, libraries, laboratories, seminar halls, auditoriums, canteens, and playgrounds. Comfortable and good.

Faculty: The faculty in our college is very cooperative and provides students with apt guidance to achieve their goals. Semester exams in our course are not very difficult if someone hasn't been continuous in his semester studies, so they can easily pass the semester with good marks.

Other: Reflect on what your interests are and how they relate to the course. Try to think of specific experiences that drew you to the course or influenced your choice.

Satisfied with the college administration, rules and regulations.

Placements: There are around sixty to seventy students in my branch. There is only one information technology section per passing year in our college. We'll be getting a number of virtual internships in our second and third years. The average package for a student is around four lacs per year.

Infrastructure: Digital libraries are available for students. Normal libraries are also available for students for more than twelve hours a day, including Sunday. Hostel food, facilities, rules and regulations are good enough. Only vegetarian food is provided in the college hostel.

Faculty: Most of the teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable and also very helpful in doubt clarifications and new innovation. The course curriculum is relevant for students to be industry-ready. Semester exams are quite tough and the pass percentage of the students can range from sixty to seventy percent.

Other: There are technical and non-technical festivals in our college. Technical events are conducted thoroughly in our college by several departments and clubs.

Placements: A total number of 70-80 percent students gets placed every year in most of the companies with the highest and the lowest packages of 35-40 LPA and 3.5-4 LPA. The top recruiting companies that hire the more number of students are TCS, Wipro, CTS, Mindtree, Amazon and many. All the students gets internship opportunities withe roles of Design engineers, analysts, quality test engineer etc.

Infrastructure: The classrooms, Library and the labs are facilitated with Wi-Fi with the best infrastructure for each and every department. The rooms of the hostel are also good with 4 per room and the quality of food is good with both vegetables and also leafy vegetables too. The are instant first aid for the primary treatment of the minute injuries.

Faculty: The qualification of every faculty is mostly Ph.D. and M.Tech and done are with M.Phil also. Aslo the non teaching and lab assistants are also qualified in their Bachelors degree. They shares their knowledge with us in every moment and thrives for our best. All the courses of each and every department are curriculum relevant and also the teaches makes the students ready for industry exposure. There is nothing difficulty in the end semester examinations as the papers are moderate. And almost 85-90 percent of students will pass.

Other: I have chosen mechanical engineering as it was my dream to be an automobile engineer. Something I wish to improve is to digitise all the classrooms so that we can get interested towards learning new things. Campus surroundings are well pleasent with greenery with trees, bushes and many varitey of plants. Fests are conducted every year and to improve students skills not only academic but also non academic too. State and government also providing scholarships to the eligible students.

I can say you people can join our college rather than joining in any other private universities.

Placements: I am studying B.Tech 3rd year at present, in our college, my seniors who were passed out in 2022 had got their placements very well i.e out of 98 students all 98 students placed with different annual packages like 3,6,9,12 LPA. so, the placements are excellent.

Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is below average when compared to its prestige and reputation. We are having cricket ground, basketball court, ball badminton court, volleyball court. Coming to hostel, we are of 4 people per room paying 80,000 per year and food is only pure vegetarian.

Faculty: Faculty explains us everything in our required language i.e. either English or Telugu. Curriculum is very decent and balanced. Semester exams will be conducted in a strict manner we should prepare very well. Our preparation will become easy if we prepare by time managing.
