Very good college for the Biotechnology.
Placements: For biotechnology, around 40-45% of students get placements at our college. The highest package offered in our college was 16 LPA and the lowest package offered was 3 LPA. The average package offered at our college was between 3-7 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Sun Pharma, Serum Institute, MediaMint, etc. In our college, almost 70% of students get internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of our college were good enough. The infrastructure of our college was well maintained and fully developed. The college has a high-speed Wi-Fi connection in the entire campus. Library facilities were available both at the college and hostel. Sports activities were also conducted in our college.
Faculty: All the teachers and faculty members were well qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. Teachers at the college were experienced in the field of teaching their subjects. The course curriculum of our college was relevant and absolutely made students industry-ready. Exams in the college were based on the semester system.

Review of my college Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: Most of the placements are related to IT Field with a minimum package of 3lakes per Annum. Before students attend placement, required skills are learnt. Required placements skills are trained to students by experts from B.Tech 2nd year to 4th year. Placements in biotech companies are not there, but biotech students can apply for IT placements and can get the job.
Infrastructure: The college has the very good infrastructure. The college is full of plants and trees which makes you feel fresh. It has very big classrooms. The campus will maintain very hygiene conditions. Good sanitation and practices are followed. Drinking water will be available to everyone all the time.
Faculty: The college provides very supportive and well-educated faculty. Every faculty member will present their best while teaching. Not only in the class, but faculty will also clarify your doubts even after his/her scheduled period of class. For thrice in semester feedback regarding faculty teaching were taken and analysis will be done.

Good but little dissatisfied because the placements are mostly from software companies.
Placements: The placements offered are good, but most of the companies are from the software background. Around 65% of them were placed. The salary is ranging from 3.2 lakhs per annum to 5 lacs per annum. The companies like TCS, Mahindra, and Delloite visited the campus for placements. The college officials must attract the companies related to electronic, mechanical, civil, and biotechnology. The placement cell gives the campus recruitment training, and it is useful.
Infrastructure: The labs are good. The Wi-Fi facility is not provided to the students. The library is outstanding. There are improper medical facilities. The sports and games are very good. The quality and atmosphere are excellent in the labs, and they maintain it well. The canteen food is somewhat good compared to the other colleges. No hostel rooms were provided. I didn't face any infrastructure related issues.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful and are of high quality. They provide the knowledge which is practical oriented. The quality of the teaching differs, but we can cope up with them. The practical and marks oriented teaching is provided. The faculty-student ratio is bad. We don't get much industry exposure.

The atmosphere in the college is very good, hygienic and the area of college is within reach.
Placements: The placements for our batch of biotechnology are low and with the seniors also the same. Because the companies which we wanted to get placed in are not into life sciences field but IT (Information Technology) companies. But our batch students got placed in IT companies too. The percentage of students who were placed is like 30% from our batch. The average salary offered is around 3.00 lakh per annum. The companies like TCS, Amazon, Tech Mahindra, Deloitte, Hyundai etc., had visited our college.
Infrastructure: The facilities in our college are above par. The library in our college is equipped with a lot of digitised softwares and subscribed to digital library portals like Mcgraw Hill, Delnet, IEEE etc. It is also encouraging students to use Amazon Kindle tabs. The magazines are updated frequently. The classrooms are equipped with cctv cameras for good monitoring. The quality of food in campus is good and affordable compared to others. The only infrastructural issue I faced during college is WI-Fi which is now being offered.
Faculty: The faculty is very well qualified and have completed Ph.D. They generally used projectors and used to give live examples. Since our strength is low I can't tell the student to faculty ratio. I had industry exposure where I got hands on experience. Honestly saying, the curriculum suited me very well and useful too which made me have no regrets in the particular branch.

I am satisfied with college and teaching methods which were helpful in major and mini-projects.
Placements: Many software companies visited our college for placements. Almost 100% of the students were placed. The highest salary offered was Rs. 50,000 per month and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month. Companies like TCS, GE Delhi, Deloitte, Wipro and Amazon. Students got many internships in many companies. The highest stipend offered was Rs. 20,000 per month and the lowest stipend offered was Rs. 10,000 per month. There was a placement cell which provided qualified information for the students to guide and get knowledge regarding jobs that were provided by the college.
Infrastructure: There was no Wi-Fi provided for the students, but it was only provided in the computer labs. Labs are equipped with advanced equipment and materials for experiments and projects. The medical facility was provided for every block for the students. There were no issues with the labs and classrooms. The canteen served high-quality food.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful whenever needed, well-qualified and PhD lecturers and are very knowledgeable. More than theoretical methods experimental methods were given to the students. We got industry exposure as we went to the chemical industries and plant industries to know the modernised techniques provided. The course curriculum was very useful.
Other: Many fests were organised in our college. They also provide a high amount of scholarships for students on time.
