A college with the best labs, good faculty, average premises and the worst placements.
Placements: In the last four years, there are no placements in structural engineering. I don't have much to say about placements. When it comes to computer science, information technology and electronics and communication, the placements in our college are good. Placement cell in our college is useless. Students do not even get internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: Applied mechanics department has an average infrastructure. The infrastructure of our college is old but good enough. Some departments are old, and they are built of stone masonry, which makes them historical. For the freshers, classes are arranged in a new classroom complex.
Faculty: All the faculty members in our college are PhD holders. Some of them have dual degrees. The faculty are helpful. When it comes to the selection of the research field for PG students, they are co-operative during the whole work. Most of them conduct lectures regularly. They also conduct various workshops on new software related to civil engineering. The course curriculum is updated recently which I think is advanced regarding its contents and evaluation process.
Other: One thing which makes the applied mechanical department good is the laboratories. They are equipped with new machines and devices that have eradicated all the conventional methods of testing increasing the quality of results and conclusions. The applied mechanical department is accredited B+ by the NBA which is recognised worldwide.

Government college of engineering Aurangabad review.
Placements: No placements for ME. Only TCS is going to hire you and only 2-3 students are placed from PG course. Very good placements for BE students. Specially from electrical branch SIEMENS, CG, TORRENT POWER, TCS, these companies are coming for placements. The highest package is 4.5 LPA to the lowest 2.8 LPA.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is older. Wi-Fi facility is very good and fast. Labs are older that means the practical kits or setup are not modified as the syllabus changes only the older equipments are available for practical. No canteen available just go to mess at boys hostel for all lunch, breakfast, dinner, etc. All at one place only one tra stall available in college premise. For game lovers big ground is available also gymkhana is also very good.
Faculty: Number of faculty members are less than required so faculty members are overloaded. Lectures are depend upon department to department. In civil engineering. Department all faculty members teaches without missing a single lecture. As I already told student-faculty ratio is less than rated. But it is fulfilled by allowimg contract basis faculty members on clock hour basis.
Other: All events are gonna fun in the college. I will surely recommend this college for engineering because of lots of fun and enjoyment is in college. But don't go for PG course. The quality is not upto the mark.
