I am completely satisfied with my college.
Placements: Placements are not given in our course but in previous years, students who take the bond are placed in areas as medical officer. 100% of students got internships from our course. The top role is medical officer. The highest package is up to 1 LPA.
Infrastructure: Facilities available in our classrooms are well-built. Classrooms have AC and fans. The quality of facilities provided in the hospital is also good. They have a big mess and a big kitchen. But the quality of food available in the mess and canteen is not good. Medical facilities are also provided in the hostel for emergencies. The sports facilities are also provided in the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, highly qualified, and knowledgeable. They help us whenever we have a doubt. The course curriculum is very relevant, and it makes the students interested in studying. The semester exams are little bit difficult, and the pass percentage is 50%.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to pursue my passion. The best thing about our course is that we see the patients live in the world. The fest is organised every year. The scholarships are provided to the students, and every year extra particular activities also take place.

I am completely satisfied with my college.
Placements: No students were placed in our course. Students who have taken the bond facility are placed in some areas, and the highest package offered in our course is up to Rs. 1,00,000, while the lowest is up to Rs. 60,000. 100% of the students got internships from our course. The top role offered in our course is medical officer.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well built, with the facility of AC and smart boards. The legs are well developed, with everything available according to the needs of the students. The quality of the facilities provided in the hostel is up to the mark; the facility of a lift is also available in the hostel. The quality of food available in the mess and canteen is not satisfactory. The facilities for medical care are provided in the hostel, and sports and games facilities are also available.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, highly qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is also good, and the course curriculum is relevant, making it interesting for students to study. The semester exams are a little bit difficult, and the passing percentage is 50%.
Other: I chose this course because I want to serve humanity, and the best thing about our course is that we will learn through live patients in the ward. The festival is organized every year, scholarships are provided to the students every year, and extracurricular activities also take place every week, monthly, or annually.

Review of Government Doon Medical College, Dehradun.
Placements: There is no campus placement as such. Once the course is completed, one can work either in a government hospital or in a private hospital. After the completion of the 8th semester, there is a mandatory internship of 1 year in which a stipend of around 17,000 is paid.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very well developed. The condition of the hostel rooms is also very good. The food served at the mess is quite average in taste. There is availability of the library and other facilities like sports, gym, etc. in the college.
Faculty: The teachers are very well qualified and helpful. The faculty is very approachable. Throughout the year, various exams are held in the college, which helps the students prepare for the university professional exams. The exams are quite tough to pass, which helps the students to be prepared for difficult competition.
Other: Every year the sports and cultural fest is held in the college in the months of October-November. Apart from the fest, various sports leagues are also held in the college throughout the year.

I am completely satisfied with my college.
Placements: Internships are given to 100% of the students, and no placements were given except to those students who had taken the bond and were placed in some rule areas. The highest average package offered in our course is 1 LPA, and 100% of the students got internships from our course, the top roles of my course are medical officer.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are top class with AC, and the libraries are also first class with AC and a maximum number of books and novels available there, the quality of the facilities provided in the hospital is good, but the quality of food available in the mess, canteens, and medical facilities is not good. Facilities for sports and games are also available with a well-developed ground.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, they help us whenever we have a doubt and they are highly qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was fair, and the course curriculum is very relevant, which makes the students very interested to study. The semester exams are a little bit difficult, and the passing percentage is 50%.
Other: I choose this course because I want to serve my nation, and the best thing about my course is we learn through live patients, dealing with them in the wards and OPD. The best thing I wish should be better or improved about my course is the little bit of toxicity on the campus. The events and fests are held every year, and this college is provided to students every year. Extracurricular activities also take place.

I am satisfied with the college from teaching to extra-curricular it is awesome.
Placements: Nearly or all students are placed at equal or near equal income as we all become doctors. The highest package as per an MBBS doctor may reach 1-1.5 lakhs per month, if PG is done it may reach up to 3-5 lakhs per month. We have not been recruited by any companies we are hired by hospital pharma companies as medical advisors. All of us need to do an internship at the end of our course in all departments of our hospital as per the MBBS curriculum. Top roles in our course include MBBS doctors, medical officers, chief medical officers, and railway medical officers.
Infrastructure: Compared to other college hostels it is much better to power with a private college. Hostels facilities include 2 to 3-seater rooms and single rooms in 4th and internship years. A study room is equipped with AC and Wi-Fi. Common bathroom for 6 rooms and common room with indoor games are available. There are trained guards on duty 24/7. Separate floor for first years to prevent ragging. Lift facilities are available. Daily cleaning and mosquito repellant sprayed daily. Common room with AC facilities on each floor is available. Medical facilities are 24/7 there as we are in medical college and outdoors we have a badminton court.
Faculty: We have top faculty members in our state and they keep on rotating with other state colleges over time. They have years of experience in teaching and clinics. Course curriculum is relevant, it makes complete doctors leave college who can practice anywhere they want. Exams are tough we need 50% to just pass and the highest marks are 60%-65% a very narrow passing spectrum.
Other: I chose this course to serve people as doctors. They are taken as god and we have to beat power with this image. Fest is held every year in November and it is exciting as we all are so worked up that this break seems a gift to us. Top singers are called for performances. Other functions are also held by various committees in our college.

College is good, but the crowd is toxic. A workload is a lot here.
Placements: 95% of students get placed here. The lowest package is 8 LPA, and the average package is 10 LPA. The highest package is 12 LPA. The government recruits most of the students from here. Almost 80% of students got internships in this course. Roles offered are junior residents and PHC doctors.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi. Labs, classrooms, the library, and other sports facilities are available. Hostels are okay. The canteen food is sometimes good and sometimes not. Medical facilities are not available. Sports facilities are available to some extent. Few games are available here.
Faculty: Teachers are underqualified. Sometimes, they are helpful and a bit knowledgeable. The rest is okay. Teaching quality is poor and includes reading slide shows. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are a bit difficult. 80% of students pass with others in supplementary exams.
Other: I chose this course because of my love for medical sciences. The best thing about this course is that we are respected everywhere. A bit more clinical exposure will definitely improve this course. Fests and events are organised regularly. The campus crowd is a bit toxic. The campus is small. Scholarships are available.
