Below par placement with supportive faculty.

Placements: The placement at our college is not that good. Only 20% students got placed last year. The average package of the placed students was only 3 Lacs and the highest package was 5 Lacs. Getting internship through our college is very difficult and most of the students do unpaid internships.

Infrastructure: The campus infrastructure is quite well maintained and all the facilities are readily available. Labs and library are well-equipped, sports room is well maintained, medical facilities are good with qualified doctors. Overall the campus and crowd is exceptionally well.

Faculty: Our department has well qualified teachers who are always willing to help students who are eager to learn. The course offered to us is up to date and relevant. The semester exams can be a bit difficult, but if you study regularly, you can easily cover the syllabus and score good marks. About 80% students pass the exams.

Our college has good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Almost 60% of students are civil engineering students because Bihar doesn't have companies compared to other states. So students mainly prefer to go into government engineering jobs.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. There are various buildings on the campus. One building is for boys' hostel, one for girls' hostel, one for the auditorium, one for staff, and one building for professors and staff.

Faculty: Semester exams are average. The pass percentage is 6 CGPA. It is mandatory to not fail in any subject. Otherwise students have to give that subject again to pass. Failing in 2 semesters leads to a year drop. Students can pass easily if they cooperate with their batch mates and seniors. They will help them to gain knowledge.

Other: I opted for this course because I like the subjects in this branch. Sports and events are often held in our college. Government Engineering College is located in Hulasganj, Jehanabad. Earlier its classes were conducted at Government Engineering College Gaya. Our college is the best in Bihar for B.Tech degree.

Yes GEC JEHANABAD COLLEGE IS GOOD TEACHER BEHAVIOUR FRIENDLY.

Placements: 30 percent students placed in my college. No recruiting company of our course. 0 students got internship. Larsen and turbo are top recruiters. Amazing performance companies build there construction and placed student in college campus. I think civil engineering top roles in this college.

Infrastructure: All facilities available eg Wi-Fi, labs, and classroom library, because new building will build in my college campus and medical facilities available. Bank and medical all facilities available in college campus of this college.

Faculty: Yes in this college teacher will very helpful and friendly. Semester exam very positive and easily. Students are easily to choose civil branch and take admission in this college, 4 years regular course we read and take job properly very good job.

Satisfied because of fees and good infrastructure, but the placements are poor.

Placements: This college has not conducted any type of placements because this is a new college of the Bihar government. Not a single batch has passed out from our college. But as the record of Bihar Engineering College placements, you cannot expect a good placement from this college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite good. This college has all types of basic and advanced facilities. Our college has a total of six blocks and an air-conditioned auditorium with a capacity of 500 students. The campus is filled with greenery, including Wi-Fi, high-quality labs, library, separate hostels for boys and girls, and much more.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and well-qualified. The knowledge and understanding of teachers is good. Some teachers are arrogant, and this is common in every institution. Labs are very good. You get very good experimental knowledge. Semester exams are not very tough. The passing percentage is good.

Other: Some good events are organised by seniors for their juniors and vice versa.

Overall, this is a good college.

Placements: My batch has 120 students in the civil branch. I am a fresher, so I don't exactly know about the placements, but my seniors said that the placements are average. Minimum 5-10 companies come to the college. Infosys comes here and recruits many students with a salary of 25,000 per month.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is good because the new building built in Jehanabad is very good. Right now, the college is in Gaya, but by approximately 2022, the college will be shifted to Jehanabad. That building is very good. Wi-Fi is available, but they provide limited internet.

Faculty: The faculty and course curriculum are good. The faculty members provide all the essential support to the students. B.Tech course is of 4 years. The professors are very good and polite. They encourage and support you in everything.

Other: If you are thinking to study in Bihar, then GCE, Jehanabad, is a good option to study after the top colleges because the classes are regular, and the facilities and library are good.
