Review of Government Engineering College, Rajkot.

Placements: Top recruiting companies were Atul Automobile, Captain Tractors, and Mahindra. For training and certification, GEC Rajkot had Siemens Center of Excellence with advanced tools that offered various types of courses.

Infrastructure: All the necessary things were available. Workshops were conducted in this college. The laboratory was decent. Classrooms were well-maintained. Hostel was very good. Playground was available. There was a gymnasium facility on our campus.

Faculty: Faculty members were helpful, experienced, highly-qualified, and supportive. The syllabus was good. Semester exams were well-designed. The course curriculum was relevant to make students ready for the industry.

Other: Annual events like Brizingr were conducted. I recommend students join this college if they want to develop themselves.

It is the best college in Saurashtra.

Placements: Placements are good here. I would rate 7 to 8 out of 10 for placements. The best thing is it is the government college, but interview skills, interview place, and interviews are very desired as other private colleges. Many students got good placements here.

Infrastructure: It is the best college in Gujarat. The campus is very good. The atmosphere is also good. It is a government college. It is a little far from the city, but transportation services are available. Our college provides every sport like badminton, table tennis, etc.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are the best and very comfortable for me. There are good teaching and learning schemes. There are a lot of machines on the campus through which you can understand the topics. Their teaching is the best. Faculty members are very kind and helpful. Their teaching quality is much better as compared to other government colleges.

Other: Our college conducts events, NCC, sports day, etc.

It is a very good college for studying B.E, B.Tech and M.E courses.

Placements: Placements are not very good in this college because companies and the industry are not well-connected to this college. It is a government college. Some placements are provided in this college. Low people are connected with them during the placement process.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is good, but the hostel facilities are very bad. The hostel is not allotted to those who come for new admission. Facilities and security in the hostel are not very good. The college has a good structure and is very clean.

Faculty: Faculty members are very good at this college. They help students a lot to clear exams and pass the course. They also motivate students to complete their course. The college arranges many types of special lectures and seminars for students related to the course.

Other: The crowd in this college is good in all departments, but our department was closed by the government in 2022.
