Candidates who have passed Class 12 from Open School or as private candidates shall not be eligible to appear for theNational Eligibility Cum Entrance Test'. However, this has been a subject matter of challenge before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, Hon'ble High Court of Allahabad, Lucknow Bench, and Hon'ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur The lower age limit is 17 years on or before 31st Dec of the year of admission (born on or before 31.12.2006) Result awaited candidates can also apply. |

Candidate must have completed MBBS degree or provisional MBBS pass certificate which is recognized as per the provisions of the NMC Act, 2019 and the Post Graduate Medical Education Regulations, 2025 with the mentioned marks (40 including PWD of SC/ST/OBC) and 45 percentile for UR PWD) in NEET PG. Candidate should also possess a permanent or provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification issued by the NMC/ the erstwhile Medical Council of India or State Medical Council. Candidate must have completed one year of internship or are likely to complete the internship on or before 15th August 2024 or having qualifications that are not recognized as per the NMC Act, 2019 and the repealed IMC Act, 1956.
