To be eligible for B.Tech at Hindustan College of Engineering and Technology, the following criteira is mandate.  One must be of Science background and must have physics, maths and chemistry in their 11th and 12th. Candidates can check the important TNEA 2026 dates like registration dates, random number release dates, Certificate verification dates, rank list release dates and counselling dates. The counselling rounds will include steps like Choice Filling, Allotment, Confirmation of Allotment, and Reporting to the College/TFC and payment of fees.

10+2 passed/appearing candidates can apply for TNEA counselling. Admission will be based on marks obtained by the candidates in the relevant subjects, namely, Maths Physics and Chemistry which will be reduced to 200 (Maths 100, Physics 50 and Chemistry 50).

Anna University releases the TANCET application form in an online mode. Candidates who wish to apply for the TANCET exam need to apply for the exam online. No other mode is available for the TANCET registration. Anna University will not entertain any requests for offline submission of the application form. After submitting the online application form, candidates must take a print out of the TANCET filled in form to retain the same for future references. However, this print-out must not be sent to the official authority via fax or post. TANCET form print out is for retainment by the applicant.

No Its not possible to get into Hindusthan college without TNEA. Hindustan College of Engineering and Technology does not have any such provison in which the students can get admission without going through entrance test of TNEA. One needs to attempt TNEA if he/she aims to take admission in Hindustan College of Engineering and Technology's B.Tech course. But, yes for other courses like MBA/PGDM its TANCET MBA which is required. Also, for MCA its graduation with 50 percent along with TANCET which is mandatory.
