Overall, college is average.
Placements: About 70 to 80 per cent of students are placed in this college. The highest is 41 LPA, while the average is 6 to 7 LPA. Top companies visited our college, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Amazon, IBM, Reliance, etc. Mostly CS and IT students got an internship, but the rate is very low, about 40 - 45 per cent of students.
Infrastructure: Facilities include Wi-Fi, a classroom, a smart classroom, 2 libraries, and the central library, which is the best. Sports facilities are there, including cricket, football, chess, basketball, tug of war, bodybuilding, powerlifting, kabbaddi, etc. While the canteen is well developed, some food prices are high.
Faculty: Faculty are the best, the way they teach us is just amazing, the practical of the college is amazing, the manner of their teaching surpasses everything in our mind, but some teachers don't teach well as they think we have studied all this in previous school.
Other: Many fests and societies are there in our college. Hackathons are held in our college almost every 3 months. The campus surroundings are a bit bad, which means it's not safe at night, especially for girls.

Unfiltered truth of Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Professional Studies.
Placements: The percentage of students placed is 30-40%. The highest package was 25 Lacs, and the lowest is 1.5 Lacs. The average package of the course is not much, lying between 3-4 Lacs. Most of the students do internships in their last year of the degree.
Infrastructure: The buildings of the college are well-maintained. Libraries are divided for different degrees, with each degree course having its specific library. Classrooms don't have AC, but computer labs have AC. Wi-Fi is not open for the students. There is no hostel of the college.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They try their best to teach the students, but every semester, there is one subject included in the curriculum that is not assigned to the students until half of the semester ends.

Absolutely Satisfied Because of the Campus Life, Good Placements, and the Facilities
Placements: I think almost 70-80% of students were placed this year. I’m not sure about the highest placement, but it is above 20 LPA, and the average is around 4-5 LPA this year for IT. Companies like Tech Mahindra, Infosys, and TCS are the mass recruiters this year; some students also got placed in companies like Freecharge and Flipkart. I'm not sure about internships, as our college doesn't provide them; students have to work on their own for that.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent, and the facilities are very helpful. There is a different block for the IT department where smart boards and many facilities are provided. The college has one football ground, one basketball court, one badminton court, and also a volleyball court, so there are a lot of facilities for games. Wi-Fi is provided on campus. Classrooms are not that big like IIT or NITs, but they are okay. The canteen is very good, and it has a Nescafe as well for drinks.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and almost every teacher is a PhD graduate with a lot of knowledge and huge experience in the teaching field. Their teaching quality is very good, and you can understand each and every topic very easily if you are focused. The course curriculum is relevant and prepares students to be industry-ready, as every month, one industry tour to big colleges like IIT Delhi and DTU is organized. Semester exams are very easy; almost every student passes them very easily, as the teachers are very good.
Other: I wanted to be in Delhi, and I also want a tech field, so I chose Adgitm over BPIT as it is close to my home. There are Dandiya nights and many more programs organized by every society in college, so campus life is enjoyable here.

College isn't everything; hone up your skills.
Placements: The placement scenario is not very good in our college; mostly service-based companies like Wipro, TCS, HCL, etc. come for drives and usually, the limited student gets placed. Most of the students get placed off campus. Student gets Internships at their college have no help providing internships to students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very nice, with 5 blocks of four floors each and divided by year and branch. The college has wi-fi available at every corner, there are many classrooms, but none of them have A.C., so they are very hot in summer, the college has well-equipped labs with instruments; and there is also a seminar hall, auditorium, and a basement for indoor activities. College has grounds for each sport like volleyball, badminton, etc. There is a canteen, but its food quality is very bad and expensive. There is also a café.
Faculty: The ADGITM curriculum is very strict and updated. The college has 75% attendance criteria, which if not followed, you will get detained. The professors are well educated and have good experience; there are both friendly as well as strict professors, which makes the environment constant. Semester exams are usually held in 6 months, and in between there are sessions for 30 marks in internals, which are important in terms of internal assessment marks.
Other: Campus life at ADGITM is good as there are many cultural and tech societies, and if you join one of them, you definitely will have a lot of fun and interaction with seniors and juniors. Fest is held every year in March-April month for three days with lots of events, and on the final day some renowned artists come to college to perform, as well as the big cultural events like Dandiya Night or Christmas Eve held every year for students. College is very near Kashmere Gate metro station, so you can easily hang out with friends and go anywhere by metro as the nearby area of the college is not very developed.

According to infrastructure, it is very good.
Placements: On campus, the highest package was 23.15 LPA, while the average package is around 4.5-5 LPA. The highest off-campus placement this year was 48 LPA, offered by Microsoft, along with other off-campus placements around 32 LPA. Majorly, companies like Infosys and Wipro come for placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good and includes a large ground for sports, with both indoor and outdoor games available. There is no mess, but a canteen where the food is quite okay. The campus is connected all over with high-speed internet.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified and have good knowledge of their subjects. The curriculum is somewhat old-fashioned and really needs to be upgraded according to the present scenario. Semester examinations are not that hard; one can pass them by concentrating in class.
Other: Campus life is very enjoyable, with many events taking place every few months.

A:

The Institute of Technology and Management, Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute, is a highly competitive place, course-wise and in the applicants' pool. The candidates apply for B.Tech programs need to clear entrance exams like JEE Main. Admission also takes place based on rank; cutoffs vary with specialization here. Eligibility to minimum standards and good marks in entrance exams assure admission. Though getting into a particular department may not be too much of an ask, getting into a preferred department, like computer science, may be a little difficult. The first point here would be proper preparation for entrance exams and meeting the cutoff.

Yes, it is expensive to an extent because for first year students, it'll cost around 1.5 Lacs including college fees, admission fees, miscellaneous expenses, etc. ( excluding hostel). But this price is common in most of the colleges across our country.
