IIIT Bhagalpur MTech is two years course offered in a full-time mode. The PG-level programme is offered across multiple specialisations, including Electric Vehicle Technology, Microwave and Communication Systems, VLSI and Embedded Systems, Signal Processing & Machine Learning, etc. MTech at IIIT Bhagalpur is offered in regular and part-time mode. MTech application process at IIIT Bhagalpur is based GATE exam registration. Students need to register on the GOAPS website and fill the application form to complete the registration. GATE application fee ranges from Rs 850 to Rs 2200 dependin upon student category.
The application process of IIIT Bhagalpur is entirely online. All the offered course has different application process conducted by the university and the national level entrance exam admission bodies. For the BTech, candidates have to apply via the JEE Main entrance exam followed by the JoSAA counseling body. M.Tech admission is done via the CCMT Counselling body. And for the PhD and the non-GATE candidates, the university has its own applicatipn process and conductes written test.
No direct admissions are not possible for BTech programmes at IIIT Bhagalpur. For direct admissions, students can also talk to the admission office. In general the admission to the BTech course is based on JEE Main score.
IIIT Bhagalpur, through four departments, offers undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and PhD courses to students across Engineering and various other streams. Some of the departments under the Indian Institute of Information Technology Bhagalpur are Basic Science and Humanities, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Computer Science & Engineering. Every department of the college is headed by great faculty members.
