There is no such provision for direct admission to the PhD programme at IIIT Una. Candidates seeking admission to the PhD programme at IIIT Una must fulfil the following requirements:MTech in a relevant discipline with a good and consistent academic record.ORBTech with a minimum CGPA of 8.0 on a 10.0 point scale (GATE may be exempted for a candidate with a bachelor’s degree from Centrally Funded Technical Institute (CFTI)/ Government Funded Technical Institute (GFTI) with a minimum CGPA of 8.0).Selected candidates will be required to report to the admission cell at IIIT Una for document verification and fee payment.

IIIT Una is a public private college which was established in 2014.
