IIIT Una cutoff 2025 for round 4 has been released. The cutoff was released for admission to various BTech specialisations, across different categories from All India quota. The cutoff among the General AI category ranged between 31801 and 38277. Hence, among the General AI category candidates, getting admission to the college at 20000 rank is possible. 

IIIT Una JEE Mains cutoff 2025 for the OBC AI category ranged from 11776 to 14238 in the first round, wherein BTech CSE was the toughest specialisation for admission.

Also, the same trend is followed by the Information Technology branch whose closing rank in the years 2021 & 2022 was 48004 & 31492, respectively but it also slumped down to 37091 in the current year 2023. There is no such provision for direct admission to the BTech programme at IIIT Una. IIIT Una accepts admission for the BTech programme based on a valid rank in JEE-Main. Candidates aspiring to take admission to the BTech programme at IIIT Una must take the JEE-Main exam conducted by NTA by filling out the its application form through JEE official website. Candidates having JEE-Main rank above the closing rank specified in the cut-off list released by the college can apply for the counselling process where they can fill their branch preferences followed by document verification and fee payment.

Every year, NTA conducts the JEE Main entrance exam for the selection of eligible candidates in IIT, NIT and IIITs.
