The seat distribution for IIIT Una BTech programmes is as follows: B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) – 75 seats, Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) – 75 seats, CSE with Cybersecurity – 30 seats, CSE with Data Science – 30 seats, and Information Technology (IT) – 75 seats. Each specialisation offers focused training aligned with industry demands.

Admission to the IIIT Una BTech programme is entirely entrance-based. Candidates must appear for the JEE Main exam and qualify with a competitive rank. Selection is determined through their JEE Main score and past academic performance. Eligible candidates are then considered for seat allotment through JoSAA or CSAB counselling, depending on seat availability.

After qualifying the JEE Main exam students must register for JoSAA counselling to participate in the seat allocation process for IIIT Una BTech admission. If seats remain unfilled CSAB counselling is conducted.
