1. For BTech at IIT Jodhpur, candidates need to apply via JEE Main  followed by the JEE Advanced application. The application process for JEE involves form registration, form filling, document upload, and payment of the application fee.
2. For MTech course admission, students need to fill out the application for GATE through the GOAPS website . 
   MSc course aspirants need to complete the IIT JAM application process.
3. For the MSc CSS course, candidates are required to apply by visiting the IITJ PG application portal . To fill out the application form, aspirants have to complete a login ID on the JAM Online Application Processing System. 

The overall placement rate recorded during IIT Jodhpur BTech placements 2024 was 92%. Earlier, BTech placement percentage recorded in 2023 and 2022 was 91.88% and 97.18%, respectively. BTech branch such as CSE, Mechanical and Electrical branch recorded placement rate of 98%, 97.7% and 96%, respectively in 2024.

The highest and average package offered during MBA placements 2024 stood at INR 24.81 LPA and INR 11.77 LPA, respectively.

Earlier, the highest and average package offered during M.Tech CSE placements 2023 was INR 40 LPA and INR 17 LPA. Further, the highest and average package offered during M.Tech AI placements 2023 stood at INR 34 LPA and INR 23 LPA, respectively.

The highest package offered during BTech and M.Tech placements 2022 stood at INR 61 LPA and INR 28.6 LPA, respectively.

According to the Engineering NIRF report 2024 released by IIT Jodhpur, the median package offered during BTech and M.Tech placements 2023 was INR 16 LPA and INR 10 LPA, respectively.
