IIT Jodhpur Cutoff 2024 for MSc admission has been concluded. The last-round closing ranks among the General AI category closed at a range of 311 and 889. Therefore, it is possible for the candidate to get admission at the given ranks in a few specialisations. The General AI category student having the cutoff rank between 550-600 can get admission to M.Sc. + M.Tech. in Physics and Materials Engineering, with the last-round closing rank of 889. Since the Cutoff is released category-wise, the chances of getting admission would depend on the category as well.

The IIT Jodhpur JAM Cutoff has been released for Round 2. The second most competitive course was M.Sc in Physics, with the Cutoff of 477, for the General AI category candidates.

If not eligible for IIT Jodhpur, candidate can opt for IIT Mandi, with the linient Cutoff of 576. 

IIT Jodhpur BTech cutoff 2024 has been released across multiple specialisations. Based on the Round 1 seat allotment, the BTech cutoff scores ranged between 2798 and, 15166 for the General AII India category students. The cutoff trend for BTech at IIT Jodhpur  has been decreasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for BTech. under general category for all India quota was 2430. In 2023, it decreased to 2408. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 1179 to 1363 for OBC, 652 to 697 for SC, 354 to 367 for ST, 366 to 456 for EWS, 138 to 116 for PWD. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.

The cut off rank in Round 6 for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering is 2408 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one can not afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing from round to round, better ranks definitely increases your chances of getting admission in IIT Jodhpur - Indian Institute of Technology.

IIT Jodhpur offers a 2 year MSc course in 5 specialisations, including Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Digital Humanities, and Computational Social Science. Admission to IIT Jodhpur MSc course is through the all-India level Joint Admission Test for Master's (JAM) conducted by IITs. The reservation policy is adapted as suggested by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. School of Liberal Arts, IITJ offers a 2-year flagship MSc course in Computational Social Science (CSS). Candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 60% in graduation and qualify the counselling round to secure the final seat at the Institute. 

IIT Jodhpur seat reservation for various category students shall be made in accordance with the policy of the Government of India. The seats are reserved for candidates who belong to the SC, ST, OBC and PwD category.

Candidates seeking admission to the BSc at IIT Jodhpur must meet the minimum IIT Jodhpur BSc eligibility criteria. Candidates who have passed the Class 12 examination in relevant stream from a recognised board can get admission to the BSc programme offered at IIT Jodhpur.

For BTech, as per the JoSAA R6 2022 cutoff for general category students, the closing rank for popular courses like CSE was 2430, and 3257 for AI and data science. The cutoff for Bioengineering went till 14,933. In comparison to 2021, the rank for the CSE course went from 2897 to 2430 in 2022. To be eligible to apply for MBA admission at IIT Jodhpur, candidates must pass Class 12 and graduation in the respective subjects. Candidates who secured minimum 60% aggregate or 6.00 CGPA in their graduation are eligible to apply for MBA. However, there is a five percent relaxation is given to SC/ST/PwD candidates. They must obtain a minimum of 55% aggregate or 5.00 CGPA in the same subjects. Other than this, final year students of graduation may also apply for the course.

Candidates with a proven academic record based on a cut-off of the GATE, CSIR or UGC scorecard or equivalent are eligible to apply for PhD at IIT Jodhpur. The institute shortlist students based on their score in the entrance examination. Shortlisted students need to appear for the personal interview round. Candidates further must hold the relevant documents as a proof of eligibility.

Admission to MBA course at IIT Jodhpur is entirely entrance-based. To get admission to MBA and MBA Technology at IIT Jodhpur, candidates must apply with a valid CAT percentile. However, the institute also provides admission to Non-CAT qualifiers.
