My review of the IIT Patna.

Placements: Placement for the first batch of scores happens in 2026, so clearly mentioning some record about the placement is a big challenge. Right now, they have created a WhatsApp group for career and placement for hybrid students, where they constantly give a link.

Infrastructure: In the friendships structure, it is good for other IITs. It has 516 students and a big campus, but BS students cannot get hostel facilities. If you want hostel facilities, you can contact the IIT administration, who can allot you a hostel with all facilities like a gym and a khana.

Faculty: IIT Patna is located on its permanent campus, Beta. It has well-developed infection for both academic pursuits and student residential life, the institutional lecture hall and editorial building, each department has a BS student with a very high per month 14000 speed Wi-Fi, water purified and regular.

My college looks like heaven.

Placements: Good placement record, the highest placement offer is 60 lakh above. Approximately 99% students got placed in multiple companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Microsoft, etc. Every company gives us a good infrastructure and environment when we join, and then we will learn more about the work.

Infrastructure: IIT Patna College's infrastructure is amazing, it looks like heaven. They have a big library, a big auditorium, and a garden area of 250 acres. The college looks like an angel. I love it, I like it, everything is amazing. Hostel infrastructure is good, mind-blowing, they have girls' and boys' separate hostel rooms.

Faculty: Faculty members are very good at behaviour. In terms of looks, their dressing sense is too good. Every faculty member has a polite nature. They always teach us in a good way, they always guide us, they have much more knowledge, they become so polite, they always clear our doubts.

College is very good with the IIT tag.

Placements: Currently, I am in the 2nd semester, but as per the seniors' advice, the placement cell is not so good here. Only a few students from the very first batch got internships, and also at a very low package. I do not have the correct data on how many students get placed, but it is not too many.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. Hostels are also good and well-maintained. The mess food is above average and not so good. We would not feel bad on campus because there are so many sports to play, indoors or outdoors, and of course, I must say that it's not enough.

Faculty: The subjects taught here are very good. However, the way they teach is a little boring and not very good. If they bring experienced faculty members, then it will have a greater impact, but now they bring new faculty members, who I think have just completed their course.

I am very satisfied with the infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: About 75% of the students were placed in our course. The highest package was 15 lacs, the average package was 7 lacs, and the lowest package was 4.5 lacs. The top recruiters were TCS, Mahindra, etc. About 40% of the students also got internships.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities available for our course are very good. The classrooms and labs are modified and well-maintained. The quality of food available in the mess and canteen is average. The hostel rooms are comfortable and clean. Multiple sports and medical facilities are available in our college.

Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable and experienced. They are not helpful enough, and they become angry if doubts are asked repeatedly. The teaching quality is average. Our course is curriculum-relevant, and many activities happen every month. The semester exams are quite difficult.

Campus is clean and peaceful. Faculty members are helpful. Placement ratio is too good.

Placements: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Patna has a strong and consistently improving placement record, attracting a wide range of companies and offering competitive salary packages. The placement data varies by programs (B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc., M.Sc).

Infrastructure: IIT Patna is located on its permanent campus in Bihta. It has a well-developed infrastructure for both academic pursuits and student residential life. The institute has a central lecture hall and a tutorial building. Each department has well-equipped and fully functioning research and teaching laboratories.

Faculty: IIT Patna has highly qualified and experienced faculty members. A significant number of professors have Ph.D. The course curriculum is regularly updated to meet industry demands. Exams are challenging, as is expected from an IIT. They are designed to test students in depth.

I'm absolutely satisfied because of the faculty and good placements in 2024.

Placements: The percentage of students placed in this course is about 33%. The students of this course got the highest package of 25 LPA and the lowest package of 9 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Intel, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, Samsung, Wipro, Cisco, Nvidia, Siemens, and AMD. Government organizations like DRDO, ISRO, BHEL, and BEL also actively recruit ECE graduates. 70% of students got an internship in these companies. Top roles offered are electronics design engineer, embedded systems engineer, VLSI design engineer, telecom network engineer, and various positions in research and development, software analysis, and networking.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is well-planned and developed. The whole campus is covered with Wi-Fi, and the classrooms have smart boards. The labs are updated with the latest technology, computers, and have an Apple lab. The food available in the mess and canteen is freshly prepared and delivered with proper packaging. The campus also has medical facilities and organizes an annual sports meet.

Faculty: The teachers are supportive and qualified. The teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is also relevant and makes the students ready to work in companies and industries. The semester exams are easy to pass, and the pass percentage is 40% in each subject.

Other: I joined this course because I want to develop my technical, programming, and soft skills. This course will improve my electrical and communication abilities. The campus organizes events such as freshers', farewell, and other cultural events. The students are also sponsored with a scholarship according to their marks in the 12th standard.
