College is average. Not value for money. Infrastructure is also average.
Placements: Around 70% of students are placed in our course. The highest salary in our college is 33 LPA. Accenture and TCS are our top recruiters. Companies start visiting in the 7th semester. Mostly students do not get any internships in college.
Infrastructure: Labs are good. Wi-Fi is not provided in class. Wi-Fi is provided in the hostel. A gym facility is also provided. There is a football and a basketball ground. Canteen is not that good but okay. Mess food is not good and there are also good medical facilities.
Faculty: Some teachers are helpful and some are egoistic. Not industry ready but helps students to guide companies. Semester exams are not too tough or not too easy. They are easy to moderate. If you study, you can pass the exams but checking is very tough.
Other: They conduct a celebrity night and some cultural events. Scholarships are not provided for direct admission to general students. Some students get scholarships on their own.

My college (RKGIT) is average. If students do not have a better choice, then they can go for it.
Placements: The first thing we should keep in mind is that no college is giving placements, and it is all about our skill set. However, the college conducts a lab that helps to take placements in NASSCOM, which is a government association, so in my course, they help a little bit.
Infrastructure: I am a day scholar so personally, I do not know about hostels and the mess. Some of my friends are hostel students and they tell me that the mess food is below average. Only a few days, the food is good. The library is decent but we can go only for lunch. It does not give us permission to sit during college hours.
Faculty: Some faculty members are good. They actually help us in academics as well as in our careers. Some faculty members are arrogant. They only have an interest in exam marks. Semester exams are not that difficult. The pass percentage is 34%. However, it does not cover any real-time problems, and there are only PYQs.

Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology is the last option for students to pursue B.Tech.
Placements: Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology is a well-known college in Ghaziabad, but students are not capable enough to grab placements. Only about 5% of the total students in the final year are able to grab placements. Although companies come to this college, off-campus students grab placements, which is very unfortunate for the college. The highest package is 34 LPA, but the average package is about 11 LPA.
Infrastructure: If I talk about the infrastructure, it is decent. Basic facilities are available, like the library, gym, ground, hostel, computer labs, and mechanical block. Wi-Fi is available, but only for hostel students, not for day scholars. The only thing that is the best is the admission block, which has the best AC facility. All classrooms are fully air-conditioned.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable, but you have to be responsible for daily communication with your teachers as they come and teach only. No spoon-feeding is done until you are eager to learn. The semester exams are very different from exams you give in your college. Sometimes, they make the paper easier to boost your confidence, due to which you do not study for the semester exam.
Other: My first-year experience is very good. All faculty members who taught me are very kind and knowledgeable. There is pressure from exams, but sometimes it feels like school as there is a fixed time for classes. Classes start at 9 in the morning and end at 5 in the evening, which feels like a long time for me. Now I am in my second year, and there are teachers who take care of me. Teachers only teach the syllabus, so it is student's responsibility to do all syllabus properly, as the AKTU syllabus is very large.

A glimpse of RKGIT, a life that can never be get back.
Placements: About 40% of students were placed in my IoT branch. As it was introduced for the first time in our university, some subjects were new to all of us, including the faculty members. The highest package offered was 34 LPA, which was provided by Commuvolut Bangalore, and the lowest was 3 LPA. Top recruiters for our course included TCS, DataNova, Nucleus Software, Gemini Solutions, KPMG, etc. Different roles were offered based on skills, including Front-End Developer and Mobile Application Developer, as I also worked as a Mobile Application Developer. But after all, having good skills was a must.
Infrastructure: Overall, the infrastructure of the college campus was good. Most of the classes were equipped with air conditioning, and labs were well-maintained. Wi-Fi facilities were available in some academic buildings (but not in all). As I was a day scholar, I didn’t have much knowledge about the hostel, but I sometimes used to go to the hostel, and I found the food quite good. I only went a limited number of times. One more thing was that even day scholars could take food from the mess by paying per plate.
Faculty: Teachers were qualified enough to guide us in our careers. The teaching quality was not very high. I would say it was average. The semester exams were not very difficult, as they followed similar patterns to previous exams, so we could easily pass them with some effort. The required marks to pass the end-semester exams were 30 out of 100. For internal assessment, sessionals and pre-university exams were conducted every semester.
Other: As I am talking Clearly, I had no prior knowledge of the course because it was the first time in our (AKTU) University curriculum. But I got this course through the counseling process as a fee-waiver student, so my overall fee was just Rs. 6250 per year, with an additional Rs. 7865 exam fee per year. The college conducted a fest every year in April, including celebrity nights and DJ nights. This event was organized for two days, and entry was free, but a college ID card was required. The college also organized Mata ki Chowki every Navratri.

I am satisfied with the knowledgeable and supportive faculty members.
Placements: About 60 percent of students from our course get placed. The highest, the lowest, and average salary packages are offered in our course. Top recruiting companies visit the college to hire students. It also provides internships. The top roles offered are software developer, IoT engineer, and analyst. I am not that satisfied with the placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not up to the mark, which can impact the overall experience. Improvements in facilities would greatly enhance the learning environment.
Faculty: Exams are held every second week, ensuring consistent evaluation and keeping students engaged with the course curriculum. This frequent assessment pattern helps in a better understanding of the subjects and prepares students effectively for final exams and practical applications. Faculty members are good. The course offers highly knowledgeable and supportive faculty members who ensure quality education and guidance.
Other: Fests are good but conducted once in 2 years. Fests organised are vibrant and enjoyable offering students a great platform to showcase their talents and unwind. Yet, they are held only once every two years, which limits opportunities for students to experience the cultural and extracurricular benefits more frequently.

The Infrastructure is Excellent with Very Good Facilities.
Placements: The quality of placement opportunities can vary depending on the course and individual student effort, and some students may need to actively seek additional opportunities to secure desired roles. College recruiting companies were Wipro, Infosys, HDFC Bank, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent, with very good lab facilities and a well-equipped central library (24/7 availability) with many subscriptions to various research and journal websites. The staff are very kind and friendly to us, and they are very helpful to students.
Faculty: In the year 2000, our Founder Chairman, Late Sri Raj Kumar Goel ji, laid the foundation of this premier institute with a vision to provide value-based technical education and create a congenial environment for the overall development of the students, faculty, and staff members.

An honest review of RKGIT Ghaziabad.
Placements: The average percentage of students placed by RKGIT is 80-90%. About 85% of students got internships by companies in our college. Last year, the highest salary package offered at RKGIT Gaziabad was about 43 LPA. Our college helps students to make them placed.
Infrastructure: Firstly let's talk about the college infrastructure which is quite decent. We can't say that is amazing. Labs are good with good facilities. Classrooms are air-conditioned and have smartboards. In the hostel, facilities are quite enough but the mess food is not very good.
Faculty: The bonding between students and some teachers is as friends. Teachers listen to every problem of students and advise them as a friends. They are helpful and encourage students to perform well. They are well-qualified to teach students. This college helps students with their primary and secondary skills development. The college exams are of slightly high level compared to semester exams so that students can do well in their semester exams.
Other: Sometimes, our college will be open on Saturday, which is wrong. I prefer not to open the college on weekends so that students can also enjoy some free time.
