Q:   How is the faculty at Inderprastha Engineering College?
A:

The devoted, highly skilled, and experienced teachers of Inderprastha Engineering College encourage and enable the students to develop into people who are industry-centric, competent, ethical, and humane. Subject-matter experts who teach in all fields, the faculty of Inderprastha Engineering College has an excellent student-teacher ratio.

Q:   Which are the PGs and hostels available close to Inderprastha Engineering College?
A:

First of all let me talk about CS and IT. If you are thinking that CS is very well reputed and IT isn't then that is not true. In USICT, CS and IT students study all the same subjects with an exception of just 2 or 3. During the placements there is no difference in CS and IT. Companies allow students from both the streams to appear for the placement drive as they both meet the same minimum threshold that the company is expecting. All in all, there is not much difference between the two.

Now coming to USICT and MAIT.

  1. USICT is on #1 rank and MAIT comes after it. Google it and see for yourself.
  2. USICT has significantly low fee (Around 50%).
  3. USICT's campus is better than MAIT's. I visited both the campuses before making a decision and I felt that University's campus in dwarka is very spacious.
  4. The facilities/opportunites at USICT are more in terms of sports, workshops, placement drives etc. That is what I have heard (Since I haven't attended MAIT, I cannot be sure of this point).
  5. If you study at USICT, you will be at the university. There sometimes are things that require students to travel to the university to get them sorted out (It has happened to some of my friends. Either the want to enquire about something from the univeristy or fill some challan for back examinations or something or need some document like transcripts etc.). If you already are here then it'll all be easy for you. Everything will be accessible to you.
  6. USICT has limited intake, only 3 courses with 60 seats each. Getting into it is not easy. Also, since it is at #1, students from other colleges will respect the fact that you are studying at USICT. You will be in the best college of GGSIPU there is, for B.Tech.

I think you should go for it and take admission in this college.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and well-qualified. They are the best, and their teaching style is very cool. Our college is autonomous, so they reduce most of the syllabus to reduce the pressure for students. Semester exams are not too difficult, they are easy.

For a low budget, the college is fine if a students is interested in doing B.Tech, BCA, BBA, or MCA.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, and the teaching experience was good in both years. The curriculum doesn't help students for the industry, it is just for the sake of passing the exams. The semester exams' difficulty levels are average and can be easily passed. The pass percentage is around 60%.

The campus is small but good.

Faculty: The faculty is very intelligent and elegant yet helpful. The teachers are very qualified and knowledgeable. The semester exams are easy and crackable. The questions asked in the exams are the same as those written in notes and taught by teachers in the classroom. If the student pays attention to the classes they will pass the exam very easily.

The hostel is the worst part, but the campus is okay for studies.

Faculty: Teacher changes during the semester, which is not good. When I was a fresher, there were a lot of professors and faculty members with more experience, but nowadays faculty does not have much experience. The college makes students industry-ready if students are also interested in doing the work. Teaching quality is average, but for development purposes, teachers are really good. Semester exams are set based on AKTU's previous year's papers and include a mix of previous questions and patterns. In ...

IPEC Engineering institution in Ghaziabad, is known for its strong placement record and faculty.

Faculty: This college hires good quality faculty members which helps students a lot and faculty conducts exams for good preparations for the end semester examination which gives better results. Inderprastha Engineering College (IPEC), Ghaziabad, follows the curriculum prescribed by Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU). The faculty is a mix of experienced and knowledgeable individuals. IPEC conducts sessional exams (two per semester) and a pre-university test before the end-semester univer...

I won't advise anyone to come here. It's a full-day college with a system of remedial classes.

Faculty: Teachers are not helpful. AKTU has the worst academic calendar. We have to give 3 exams within a month because of the sudden release of the date sheet. There is no winter break because of late exams, just for 5 days. Course curriculum is difficult from rest of universities like IPU. Teachers are not supportive so attendance issues are there.

Placements are below average. Almost 60% of students get placed.

Faculty: It is all good. In our college, there is a sessional exam every month, which is very irritating for students. There are also two practical exams in one semester, which is boring for students, and four papers in one semester. 75% is mandatory, which is also boring. The semester exams are moderate, and we can all crack them in one week. Teachers are highly qualified and hardworking.

The Placement is average. Faculty is good.

Faculty: It is also good. The course is average, and the teaching quality is also average. The semester exams are moderate and can be cracked with 1 week of study. Teachers are highly qualified and workaholics. The passing percentage is average for all, and it is not much minimum to case a dip in your academic. Faculty members are good. There is a teacher, Ms. Divya Mam, she is very educated and helps students with their studies. She makes studies easy.

The college has good infrastructure, teachers, average placements, and a small campus.

Faculty: faculty members are good and very helpful, at least the teachers I have encountered. One Physics teacher, in particular, has been exceptionally supportive; she is highly qualified and teaches engagingly. She takes the time to explain concepts thoroughly and is willing to revisit topics for students who need extra help during her free time. While most of the faculty is good, I would say about 5% are not as effective.

I am a bit dissatisfied as the infrastructure could be better and placements are low.

Faculty: Teachers are nice and have a good knowledge of what they are teaching. The course curriculum is not relevant, and it does not make students industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult in our university. The pass percentage is 30%. We have to score 21 marks out of 70 to pass exams.

Faculty: Our faculty members are good and supportive. They also provide extra classes. You ask them your doubts any time on campus. They have a polite nature, especially some teachers are very polite and helpful. They always provide good guidance to us. They provide notes.
