No, you cannot join Inderprastha Engineering College (IPEC) without JEE Mains. Admission to IPEC is done through the Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Council (UPTAC) counselling process, which is based on JEE Mains scores.

State level engineering entrance exams: Some state-level engineering entrance exams like WBJEE (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination) and MHT CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) may also be accepted by IPEC for B.Tech admissions in some cases.
