Candidates willing to take admission to the M.Tech programme at IIIT Kottayam, candidates are required to fill out the application fee through IIIT Kottayam official website by paying the registration fee. Candidates based on their marks in the qualifying examination will have to take the written test and interview conducted by the IIIT Kottayam.

Candidates willing to take admission to the BTech programme at IIIT Kottayam must have passed class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with a minimum of 75% aggregate. Also, the candidate should have a valid rank in JEE-Main exam based on which they can apply for the counselling process through JoSAA at IIIT Kottayam for the BTech programme.
