IIM Mumbai MBA is a two-year postgraduate course, divided into four semesters and offered full-time. MBA at IIM Mumbai has been ranked at no. 6 under the 'Management' category by the NIRF Rankings. IIM Mumbai MBA courses are offered in two specialisations, Sustainability Management and Operations & Supply Chain Management. The minimum eligibility criteria required by the IIM Mumbai for admission to MBA courses is candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disability (PwD) categories].

IIM Mumbai MBA fees include multiple components, such as tuition, application, and other one-time charges. The tuition fee for MBA courses at IIM Mumbai is INR 14 lakh. IIM Mumbai MBA admissions process starts with the release of the application form on the official website. The application window for MBA admission 2025 will be opened soon. However, the CAT exam 2024 will be conducted on 24 November 2024. Currently, the last date of application has not been released. IIM Admission Criteria and Selection Process 2023 - The first step towards getting into the IIMs is taking the CAT exam. The next steps are Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Intervew (PI). The WAT and PI are the main selection criteria of IIM MBA admission. They are conducted after the CAT result announcement. Candidates who meet the CAT cut off, are shortlisted for WAT and PI. Final selection for IIM admission is based on candidate's overall profile - CAT score, academic score, work experience, category and WAT and PI score.
The eligibility for IIMs is the same as the CAT eligibility requirements. However, here are a few added points to be kept in mind.
- The minimum requirement is a graduate degree with 50% for general, EWS, and NC-OBC categories or 45% for SC, ST, and PwD categories.
- Candidates in their final year of graduation are also eligible
- Candidates must meet the minimum cutoffs to participate in the WAT/PI rounds and expect interview calls.

IIM Mumbai offers financial assistance in the form of financial assistance to PhD scholarships. During the first and second years of the PhD, students get INR 37,000 per month. Stay in hostels is not mandatory in IIM Mumbai. It's depends on you if you don't want to take hostel, then you can live outside but I think in IIM Mumbai, for some courses like PGDIE, PGDIM hostels are compulsory.
