IIMC Amaravati Seat Reservation 2025
IIMS Amaravati holds seat reservations. Reservation of seats will be as per Government of India orders/rules for SC, ST, Persons with Disability and EWS. Each category will have 5% reservations for the candidates with 40% or more disability. The candidates applying under the reserved categories shall need to submit the category Certificates (SC/ST/OBC Non-Creamy Layer Certificate/ EWS/PWD issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format at the time of submission of the Application Form and produce the same in original for verification at the time of admission/registration. NonCreamy Layer certificate should not have been issued earlier than six months from the date of registration. IIMC Amaravati admission procedure is completely entrance-based followed by a centralised counselling process. Candidates need to go through each of the stages of the admission procedure for selection. The complete admission process is explained below:
STEP 1: IIMC Amaravati Application Process 2025
Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply online through the official website (iimc.nic.in) of the institute. The application form can also be downloaded online and submitted at the institute's admission office. Aspirants can apply for the CUET-PG/IIMC Entrance Exam through the NTA official website.
If students want to apply for more than one course, they must fill in only one application form. After the application form is accepted, a URN (Unique Registration Number) that can be used for future reference is shared with the candidates.
STEP 2: Merit List Release & Campus Allocation
Following the CUET-PG result declaration, IIMC releases a merit list on its official website. The campus allocation in the list is done based on merit-cum-preference. In addition, the campus allocation id one as per an alphabetical roster. These students may have to register online again for counselling. Selected candidates have to confirm admission within seven days by paying the fee along with the required documents.
STEP 3: Centralised Registration Process
Furthermore, candidates need to bring a printout of the NIC application filled out during the registration with the sign of parents on it. The institute releases seats till desired admissions are secured as per the seat intake. IIMC Amravati is a good college for PG Diploma. It offers a PG Diploma in Hindi Journalism and English Journalism. This college has a tag of IIMC which is like an IIT tag for Engineering and an AIIMS tag for Medical. All media companies come to campus for hiring.
