Happy to be a part of this glorious institute.

About internship 100 percent guarantee. Placement varies year to year. 2020 faced placement issues due to COVID. Overall decent placements.
Infrastructure: Digitised methods used, hostel for boys and girls are there. Food options are plenty near the college. Have a full-time medical practitioner. Various sports events held. Other events are held too. Lots of events across the calendar. Seminars are held quite frequently every week.
Faculty: Excellent faculty. Highly qualified and friendly. Teaching quality is very focused and industry appropriate. The curriculum is very focused. Professors always try to provide the best industry experiences. Many eminent personalities visit the college.

It is a good college with really good infrastructure, faculty members, and placements.
Placements: There are almost 100% placements in our college. The highest salary package offered was 6.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. TCS, Hindustan Unilever, CESC, were the top recruiting companies. HR manager was the roles offered here. The highest salary package offered in our course was 8 LPA. The average salary package offered in our course was 5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered in our course was 3 LPA. Almost 100% of the students got internships from WBSEDCL, Berger Paints, and Khadims.
Infrastructure: The college has a good infrastructure with well-maintained air-conditioned classroom, labs, and library. The quality of the food served is good. There is a well-maintained hostel. Medical facilities were there on the campus. Sports and games were organised by the students, and it was part of the course.
Faculty: Teachers here were very helpful and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching was seriously too good. The course curriculum is perfectly relevant, and it does make the students ready for the upcoming industries. The course actually helped us to get groomed and be confident.
Other: I had plans to start my career as an HR, so I have chosen this course. More practical sessions would help improve the course. The course was full of activities, events, fest, extracurricular activities and a lot more.

I am satisfied with our department and course.
Placements: Almost 84% of the students were placed from the previous batch. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA, the lowest salary package offered was 3.2 LPA and the average salary package offered was 6.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Tata Steel, Hindalco, Hindustan Unilever Limited, etc. Top roles offered was of an HR and Head of the Eastern Region in TCS. There were 34 students in the previous batch, and all of them successfully got internships from companies like Bank of Baroda, L&T, IOCL, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college is Wi-Fi enabled as MBA students require internet facilities. Our classrooms are well-equipped with a projector. Since professors teach from the slides, students are not required to carry any book. Our library is one of the oldest libraries as IISWBM happens to be one of the oldest B-schools of India. Thus our library has all the necessary books required for all the courses along with reference books and journals. It has a huge collection of business newspapers which is of great help to management students.
Faculty: We have 12 professors in the department of MBA (HRM), and all of them are doctorates. They have complete knowledge in their respective domains. Two professors handle most of the papers and they teach us with ultimate care and responsibility. There are students from different backgrounds, but I have not faced any problem because of our professors. They are truly very cooperative. This course is one of the best HR courses among 10 best HR courses. Anyone who wants to become an HR soon must opt for this course as it is a detailed study only in the HR domain. This course makes the student industry-ready in the field of HR.
Other: I have chosen this course because I always wanted to become an HR and work in the corporate sector. The best thing about this course is that one gets to know the detailed overview of the field of HR for complete 2 years which is helpful as HR is one the most important department in any organisation. The only thing that I wish could be better was that if they could teach us some soft skills along with our course curriculum. Throughout the year we have many events starting with Freshko, then Genesis, Confab, Despedia, etc. The campus is well-connected with several companies.
