Post Graduate Programme in Management for Family Business (PGP MFAB) is a 15-month PGP MFAB course which is designed to equip family business leaders with a specific skill set to enhance their competencies and condition them to capitalise on opportunities and challenges. Candidates who have completed a UG degree or an equivalent are eligible to apply for the PGP MFAB course. The candidate should be a member of a family business intending to carry it forward. Admission to PGP MFAB is based on performance in Business Admission Test (BAT) followed by PI round. The institute also considers the academic performance of the candidates for final selection. The entire course duration has two terms of international Immersion. The first international immersion is at the world-renowned Kellogg School of Management (Chicago) campus. ISB PGPM admissions include GMAT/ GRE and Personal Interview. The eligibility criteria for admissions is that candidate should have UG/ PG degree in any discipline and a minimum 2 years of experience.

FPM is a four-year course offered at the doctoral level. Admission to FPM is based on Graduate Record Examination General Test (GRE) administered by the Educational Testing Service (ETS), Princeton, USA or GMAT administered by Pearson VUE, Bloomington, USA OR Common Admission Test (CAT)/ JRF scores. During ISB Hyderabad placements 2023, the average package offered at ISB Hyderabad was INR 34.20 LPA. Moreover, 36 international offers were made. Further, a total of 222 companies registered for the 2023 placement process and rolled out 1,578 job offers. Also, it is observed that from the year 2021 to 2023 placements, ISB average package was improved. It increased by nearly 21% from 2021 to 2022, whereas, the amount was almost the same in 2022 and 2023. Additionally, according to unofficial sources, the major sectors in which ISB Hyderabad alumni is working include Business Development, Operations and Sales.

The PGPMAX is the only EMBA equivalent course from India to be ranked in the Global Top 50 in The FT EMBA 2022 Ranking. The course is designed for experienced professionals, senior executives, and business owners having 10 to 25 years of work experience. Admission to PGPMAX is based on an interview and profile review. Candidates who have qualified GMAT can also provide their score along with the application. Experienced professionals, senior executives, and business owners with 10 to 25 years of work experience are eligible to apply for ISB PGPMAX. 

The ISB placement process takes place for four months. The placement session commences with pre-placement talks by the recruiters to the student body. Students then have to submit their responses through 'expression of interest (EOI)'. Thereafter, the recruiters shortlist the candidates and send them to the Carrer Advancement  Services team, who get in touch with the students. After this, on-campus and off-campus interviews are conducted. The placement process is conducted within a 10-day window, however, the final interview and process continue for several months.

Considered equivalent to an E-MBA, ISB Hyderabad also offers an 18-month PGPpro course to the students. The course is similar in content and rigour to an Executive MBA course globally. The content is trimmed to the needs of the profile and seniority of the class. PGPpro allows working professionals to complete a world-class course without any opportunity cost as they continue to earn while learning, thereby enabling them to apply their learnings in the workspace. According to media reports, the institute conducted its placement drive of 2023. The average package (mid-80%) offered during placements stood at INR 33.26 LPA. More than 1,500 job offers from 222 companies were made to the PGP batch of 2023. 

If you want to apply for the PGP course, you have to take the GMAT/GRE exam. The institute also considers CAT score for PGP in Management for Young Leaders. You must complete graduation in any discipline along with two-year full-time work experiences to apply for the PGP course. While there is no minimum cutoff score for the GMAT/GRE exam, the range of GMAT scores that was used to shortlist students in recent years was between 600 to 780 and the range of GRE ranged from 311 to 335.
