As per my information the per semester tuition fees for the same would be somewhere above 1.2 lakhs. The latest 2025 JEE Mains cutoff for BTech in Information Technology has not been released publically yet. Though previous years such as 2024 had the cutoff at 742874, this cutoff was the Last Round Closing Rank for the General All India category.
