The ISB placement process takes place for four months. The placement session commences with pre-placement talks by the recruiters to the student body. Students then have to submit their responses through 'expression of interest (EOI)'. Thereafter, the recruiters shortlist the candidates and send them to the Carrer Advancement Services team, who get in touch with the students. After this, on-campus and off-campus interviews are conducted. The placement process is conducted within a 10-day window, however, the final interview and process continue for several months.
During 2024 placements, 1,208 total offers were rolled to the PGPM students. This included 27 international opportunities as well. Post Graduate Programme in Management for Family Business (PGP MFAB) is a 15-month PGP MFAB course which is designed to equip family business leaders with a specific skill set to enhance their competencies and condition them to capitalise on opportunities and challenges. Candidates who have completed a UG degree or an equivalent are eligible to apply for the PGP MFAB course. The candidate should be a member of a family business intending to carry it forward.
