Great placement opportunity and lots of events and fests in the college.
Placements: For B.Sc. . in Chemistry, there has been only like one placement opportunity and that was from Hindustan Uniliver for research and business executive development assistant. Apart from this, lots of companies from shemaro entertainment to advisers, Unocue, Kyocera etc. were offered.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good. Labs are big and have all the necessary equipments required. Sadly No Wi-Fi available for students. Library is big, clean, peaceful, well maintained and air conditioned. All classrooms apart from some 5-6 Classroom have AC. Had not very good experience at Canteen though.
Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful, informative and knowledgeable. Teaching quality of every teacher is different and it helps in development of interest in the students. Since an autonomous college affiliated to University so it's syllabus is of it's own kind and changes with change in the demand of the topic and demand of the industry. Yes industry oriented sallybus. Semester exams are made difficult with high level of thinking and real life problem solving questions. But not that tough compared to JEE and NEET exams which think it should be. Its have a grading system here .
Other: College has fests like in every week and the campus crowd is amazing.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty and good placements in 2023.
Placements: More than 60% or above students get placed in my course, well I am B.Sc. student, the highest and the lowest package is always depend upon person to person and their skills and knowledge. The average package is offered is 2-4lakh per year. Talking about top recruiting companies are like L&T, Infosys and many more companies. Almost 80-90% students get chance to do internship if they are applying for it. Mostly our college gives internship In IT companies like L&T and Tech Mahindra and many more. Top roles which offered in our course is related to IT, coding and many others thing.
Infrastructure: Talking about infra of this college is very good, we can say jai hind college gives A+ facilities to students and teachers, talking about Wi-Fi it is not availbe in classroom but it's avaible In computer class and library, also jai hind college has their own lab which is really big and very well clean and well managed. Talking about hostel our college doesn't have any hostel in college, so if you are looking for hostel then you have to take a apartment on rent. Talking about canteen jai hind college has good canteen with good quality foods in reasonable price so any one can afford it, jai hind college has also good medical facilities. Talking about sports and games, it is also avaible in college, and sports day you are gonna love it .
Faculty: Yes teachers are really very helpful even they are very freindly to students, talking about their qualifications they are very well qualified even many teacher has done Ph.D. so now you can guess it about their knowledge. Yes almost every course are curriculum relevant, which make student industry ready which is really benifts to a students. Semesters are little tough but not to much. If you will study for few hours daily then you can easily pass it out. Passing percentage of this college is almost more than 90%. .
Other: I have choose this course because of I am Science student and I love to explore more about Science so I have decided to do this course and I am loving it. Almost everything is good about our course the thing only I just want to improve about my course is they should teach more and more in practically. Talking about events and fest are college crowd us crazy, even jai hind college is famous for is events and fest. Literally campus crowd is awesome, jai hind college also provide scholarship to students which give them lots of benifits. Our college is highly active in events and fest.

Review of Jai Hind College
Placements: Since B.Sc. Physics is a natural science course, direct placements are not offered, but many students take up research internships. Additionally, some students from previous batches have been admitted to top-tier public universities in Germany to pursue higher education.
Infrastructure: The lab facilities are quite normal, and the faculty is supportive; they encourage students to attend various summer schools and workshops and are actively engaged in research too. The library is pretty normal and has a good collection of books ranging from fiction to business and academics. The staff is friendly as well. The college does not have any hostel facilities available, so outstation students have to find accommodation nearby. The canteen is usually very overcrowded, and the food quality isn’t great.
Faculty: The faculty of the Physics department is highly qualified, with most members holding PhDs and actively engaged in research. Teaching is interactive, combining lectures, discussions, and student seminars. The curriculum includes modules like Python, C programming, and AI/ML basics, which prepare students to build strong practical skills and remain industry-relevant.

I had a good time in our college and made friends.
Placements: There were about 20 students in our batch. Since I applied for master's degree after my bachelor's, I did not apply for any job. Roles offered in our course include research assistant and laboratory researcher. Around 15 of 20 students after a bachelor's degree got jobs or internships. The remaining students decided to pursue higher studies.
Infrastructure: We had a huge library, especially for our department. We had good classrooms and labs with lab assistants who helped us whenever we needed them. Since I was traveling from my home to college, I had no idea about hostel facilities. The canteen food was the most amazing of everything. The food had its uniqueness.
Faculty: Teachers had excellent teaching skills and we could reach out to them whenever we needed. They were quite approachable and professional. This course helped students qualify themselves for further studies and industrial work. Exams prepared students in a manner that they were not only well versed with their basics after the course, but also they could work as assistant professors soon after the course.
Other: I really loved the curriculum provided by our college. The timings of lectures for this course can be improved. Our college had the highest number of fests amongst all the colleges in Mumbai. It provided students with an opportunity to improve their communication skills and shape their personality.

Satisfied with good infrastructure, facilities, and crowd.
Placements: There was no campus placement for B.Sc. courses but there was placement for other courses. The highest package offered was 9 lakhs per annum, the lowest was 5 lakhs per annum, and the average was 6.5 lakhs per annum in BBA course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the building and the lift were lavish and the lift were lavish. There was no Wi-Fi for students as there was signal jammer throughout the campus. The library was excellent and fully air-conditioned. The mess was first class.
Faculty: The teachers were not that quite good but few out were good. The quality to teaching was okay and the exams were very difficult but students still managed to pass somehow. Teachers were not that helpful when it came to exams.
Other: The course was pretty good for me and it was my choice to go with it as I didn't not had anything planned ahead. The events at college were fantastic and the fest was superb.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: So, it's based on the skills like only skilled students are hired. The highest is 6 LPA. The lowest is around 2 LPA. The average is around 3.5 to 3.7 LPA. Deloitte and a lot of companies visit the college. In our batch, around 60 to 70% of students got internships. Web developer, cybersecurity, full-stack developer, and software developer roles are offered.
Infrastructure: We have projectors in all classes. There is very good infrastructure. We have updated PCs. The food and canteen are 5 star. Medical facilities are there. We have a basement for sports.
Faculty: They are very helpful. The only thing is that they put a lot of pressure on us to attendance. 40 to 50% is the pass percentage. They are moderate it's 80 % and even more if they are toppers. All of them get a very good CGPA from the first year only. Sometimes, it's 10 also.
