Review of Sophia College for B.A. in Psychology course.
Placements: Bachelor of arts in psychology students specialised in hiring in positions like consultants and counselors in various corporate companies. Companies like Hays, Accenture, TCS, Michael Page, and Robert Walters took part in the drive process of Sophia College.
Infrastructure: For managing fee payments, separate areas are constructed in the administration block. For all the important fee payments, it is necessary to get them signed by the administration offices and to submit one of the copies to them. The words and actions of the management won't be the same at all times.
Faculty: Each discipline's academics set some rules and regulations for the well-being of their disciplines. For our department, rules are fully initiated to the flavor of students. So approaching teachers is very much easier and they avoid unusual confusion among students.

It has good campus life and events. Faculty members are good and supportive.
Placements: Placements are provided mostly to third-year students but internships are open to students from all years. There is a placement cell of the college that gets in touch with brands and companies offering positions and forwards it to every class. Internships provided are also genuine.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really good and gives a homely feeling. Cleanliness is maintained and the quality of food is also good. The college has all facilities like medicine, bookstores as well as small cafes for juice, coffee, etc. Overall, the hostel infrastructure is really well.
Faculty: Faculty members of the college are very nice and supportive. They help us in every way that they can and one can approach them without any hesitation. They clear the doubts that we have. The course curriculum as well as the quality of education is also really well.

College days in the city of Mumbai.
Placements: The rate of placement success would be less by 10% compared with the previous year. The estimated pay for the placements was higher but the standards for placements were low. The companies approaching the college gradually decreased nowadays.
Infrastructure: Considering the student's hygiene and our health. better way of sanitation was carried out daily. College management was not too strict in controlling students. They allowed us to enjoy while during cultural and other events that happened in the college along with their successful completion.
Faculty: Teachers behaved impolitely and harshly when we forced them to clarify our doubts immediately. For all the sections representative teachers are appointed as incharges, for higher surveillance of the students, starting from evaluating papers to their scores improvisation.

Satisfied with the overall experience and faculty.
Placements: 75% of them got placements. The highest package offered was around 50 LPA. The average package offered was around 12 LPA. Top recruitment companies in our college were JP Morgan, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, etc. Top roles offered in my course are.
Infrastructure: The faculty was amazing. The campus was beautiful with a lot of flowers and plants, a heaven of greenery. The facilities were great, from the computer lab to classrooms to the library. Canteen food was average but not bad. Quality could be rated as 7/10, at least for me.
Faculty: Faculty was amazing, extremely qualified, and best at what they did. Some teachers were quite strict but really knowledgeable. Yes, the course curriculum is extremely relevant and helps you gain on-field information as well. The semester exams are quite difficult but easy to manage if you have attended your lectures well.

Inspiring professors, vibrant campus life, ample resources ideal for growth and learning.
Placements: My course was a Bachelor of Science in IT, which is trending in these times. People are more likely to get into laptops and create their minds by making different apps and learning different languages. People are doing data science, and AI and IT offer it. The companies in which my classmates got jobs were J.P. Morgan, Wipro and high-tech companies with good salaries.
Infrastructure: The hostel at our college is great. My friend from Kashmir came to study IT. The rooms and food availability are good, the washrooms are clean, and great hygiene is maintained. Because our course was computer-based, we used to sit in labs that had good laptop services and a huge lab where everyone had their own computer in front of them. The software was easy to load, and the lab was cleaned. The food that the hostel provides is different from the canteen we have and is good and hygienic.
Faculty: The teachers in our department were highly qualified, and the teaching methods were understandable and great. The college has more experienced faculty members who have over 20 years of experience in their specific domains. Our course is based on growing market studies, which include AI, languages to make apps, and data science. The exams were difficult, but because teacher methods were knowledge-based, not just writing from books, it made one write answers in their own words. We had two semesters and internals.
Other: Sophia College is a girls college, which makes it more comfortable for all girls to join and live a free and empowering life here. Make memories, enjoy events and scope, participate in various activities, and have fun. The most famous festival at our college is Kaleidoscope, and many scholarship opportunities are also available.

Campus life was great, but academics could be better.
Placements: Around 20%-30% of students were placed from our batch. The average package was modest, with few top placements, not named specifically but implied as limited few top placements. Some students got internships through college tie-ups with NGOs or research projects rules offered included HR assistant, counselor, intern, and research assistant.
Infrastructure: The institute offers good infrastructure with development in classrooms, a decent library, and Wi-Fi facilities. Hostel amenities are average, food is manageable but could improve. Basic medical aid and sports facilities are also available but limited.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, supportive, and explain topics clearly. The course curriculum is relevant and helps and gaining industry knowledge. Semester exams are manageable with proper study, and more students can pass with good scores.
Other: I chose the scores because of my interest in psychology and Sophia's good reputation. The campus crowd was friendly and the location was very nice and safe. Fests and extracurricular activities were fun. Better placement support would have improved the experience.
