It is the best college in Jaipur for B.Tech. I suggest students do not miss it.

Placements: I'm currently pursuing a B.Tech in artificial intelligence and data science at Jaipur Engineering College & Research Centre. The college provides a decent academic environment. Around 60-80 percent of students get placed. The package offered ranges from 3-6 LPA. The top performers can secure high offers.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the AI and Data Science department at Jaipur Engineering College & Research Centre is decent and meets basic academic needs. Classrooms are well-maintained with projectors and proper seating. Labs are equipped with the necessary systems for programming, data analysis, and core subjects. Some systems are not always high-end.

Faculty: Faculty members are mostly qualified and helpful. The quality of teaching varies across subjects. The AI and data science course curriculum is relevant, but we should do self-learning to become industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty. The pass percentage is high (around 85-90 percent).

Good clubs and events, average placements.

Placements: Average placements are around 6 LPA, but you can get better if you work hard because good companies visit this college, like HP and others. So yes, it’s average, but with good companies visiting. Most roles offered are pretty good and enough to start your career if you work, and the alumni network is also good.

Infrastructure: Pretty good infrastructure in the classrooms and labs with very fast Wi-Fi, AC classes, and digital boards. The library is well-equipped with good computers. The hostel has all sorts of facilities, the food is good, and the rooms are clean and big enough for us.

Faculty: Same old curriculum, so nothing new. The teachers are required to teach that, so it is not very helpful, but the teachers teach it well, so it’s no problem. The exams are not that difficult, so you don’t have to worry. The curriculum is not very relevant to current technology.

Other: The events and clubs in this college are pretty good. You will have fun in this college, so I’d say it’s a good deal.

Review of Jaipur Engineering College & Research Centre.

Placements: The average package is around 4-5 lakhs, with the highest being off-campus at 52 lakhs. After completing 2-3 years, we are required to do an internship, which is compulsory. Starting in the third year, the placement cell begins to help students prepare for placements, and it is divided into two sections: onsite and offsite.

Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure. Sports activities are not very good. The library is good and the environment is best for studying. There is no Wi-Fi faculty in the college. They provide medical facilities in emergency cases. Labs are good. The canteen is open till 7 pm and after that, it closes. The hostel is okay.

Faculty: Every semester we have 2 mid-term exam levels that are good. The difficulty level of our exam is moderate as in mid-term. We already revised our subject and after that, they conducted a final exam and practicals. This college provides you with a state government degree RTU.

Other: This college also gives you a scholarship and provides funds for your idea.

If you are from Jaipur or nearby district, then after IITs, NITs, and IIITs, this college is a good.

Placements: I don’t have an exact idea of how many students are placed. A senior from my branch got placed at Yamaha with a package of 8 LPA. The main recruiter at our college is Accenture. Other companies include Amazon, Zudio, etc. The average package is about 4-5 LPA.

Infrastructure: The campus is decent and not very big, but compared to other colleges in my district, except MNIT and LMNIT, it is quite good. The hostel facilities are decent, with 2 hostels for boys and 1 for girls. The boys' hostel fee is not worth it, so you can consider nearby PGs and hostels.

Faculty: In the first year, the academic curriculum is not very useful or relevant. It does not cover important or practical topics, as my college follows the Rajasthan Technical University (RTU) syllabus. From the second year onward, the curriculum improves significantly. In the third year, the college also provides campus recruitment training.

Other: In terms of events, my college is good. There are many cultural and technical events on campus. Our annual fest renesa is famous in Jaipur. The energy is all over the campus, and the enthusiasm is in the air, we can feel it. The technical event robofiesta is amazing.

JECRC foundation review by a second-year student.

Placements: Almost all students secure placements, with an average package of about 6LPA. The highest package is 52 LPA. Many companies, including Amazon, Flipkart, and HPE, visit the campus offering attractive salary packages, and there are numerous internship opportunities available.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are excellent, equipped with ACs and projectors. The labs are also very good. The hostels are average but have a great mess, while the sports facilities are also average. Wi-Fi is not available everywhere. The library is impressive, with a vast collection of books.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable, and they teach well. The course curriculum is not extensively aligned with industry standards, but the college organizes expert sessions periodically to better prepare students for the industry.

Other: The events are enjoyable, and the college atmosphere is lively, as most students participate in a variety of extracurricular activities, making college life even more interesting.

The college is the best in Jaipur and is the top college. It is the value for money.

Placements: The placement of JCRC College is very best. Many companies like TCS, Google, and Microsoft visit the college. The average package is 10 LPA, and the highest package offered in 2024 was 47 LPA at Jaipur Engineering College and Research Centre from the B.Tech CS stream. The placement is very good, and 90% of students get placed in good companies. The lowest package starts from 3 LPA. Some companies visit, may hire, or may not.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good and of premium quality. There are very huge college buildings, and the hostel building is also good. The seats at hostels are not left after 1 month from admission, as they fill up quickly. The food quality in the hostel is very best. The B.Tech course is the best, which is ongoing in a good building, with good facilities, such as a table, tools, and old premier facilities.

Faculty: The faculty at Jaipur Engineering College is very good. All the faculty members have completed their Ph.D. and M.Tech from NITs, etc. Many are doing their PST from Thapar University and NIT. Everything provided in this college is very good. The exams are conducted in the college twice, including a midterm one and a midterm 2 (M2). The curriculum facilities are very good. There are 5 or 10 co-curricular activities organized throughout the year, like sharing, etc.

Placements: Placements are quite decent, with more than 95% of students getting placed across various streams. The highest package offered went above 10 LPA, and the average package offered ranges from 4-5 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and Capgemini. A lot of students also secure internships during the final year, which often convert into full-time offers. Popular roles include software developer, business analyst, and core engineering jobs.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent, whether it is classrooms, labs, libraries, or hostel facilities. Classrooms are spacious and well-ventilated with smart boards and projectors. Wi-Fi is available across the campus and the hostel. The hostel has good food quality, clean rooms, medical support, and sports facilities like cricket grounds and badminton courts.

Faculty: Faculty members are well-qualified, experienced, and supportive. Most professors have industrial exposure, which helps in delivering practical insights along with theoretical knowledge. The college life is really good. The infrastructure and facilities provided are great.

Placements: Approximately 89% of students got placed this year. The highest package is 33 LPA. The lowest is 3 LPA. The average package is 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, TCS, Hero, Tech Mahindra, Flipkart, Wayfair, and Blinkit. Almost all students manage to get internships in their 3rd year in companies listed above. Top roles offered by the companies include SDE1, data analyst, product manager, etc.

Infrastructure: Labs and classrooms are well-equipped with facilities. The library has almost all books needed for the course with a good seating arrangement with Wi-Fi. Hostel rooms and food are of average quality. Sports facilities are just average. Medical facilities are provided.

Faculty: Some teachers are helpful while some only come to teach on the blackboard and then go but all teachers are supportive and guide well. The course curriculum is a little outdated as it is affiliated with RTU. Semester exams are not difficult. We just need to focus on our studies a little.

Other: Events and fest life are great as they enhance all the experiences. College life gets exciting during this period.
